Son emplacement pour accéder à pied au centre de la ville de Pérouse, son parking et l’accès à ligne de bus à proximité

Good option for anyone wanting to visit Perugia and arriving by car, the location is ten minutes away on foot from the start of the escalators taking to the city centre and a few metres away from a bus stop for anyone not wanting to exert themselves. The hotel feels a bit dated but functional, the staff is friendly and the Italian style breakfast buffet well stocked.

Wonderful clean property with lovely excellent English speaking staff! A hop skip and a jump to central Perugia ( about 25 mins) where fabulous food and historical interest awaits. Perugia itself is a gem and the Grifone is perfectly placed and extremely good value for money.

Air conditioning was well placed and smoothly working. Breakfast was plentyful and overall good.
The room was small. The outside of the hotel is a bit uninspiring, and close to a busy road.

Good location - easy to find by car and 30 mins walk (uphill) to the centre. Quiet rooms at night despite busy road just outside by day. Very friendly staff.
Shower was small and furnishings were past their best but this was expected for the price and not a problem to us.

Breakfast was very nice, and the lady serving was very kind.

PERSONNEL VERY KIND AND HELPFUL
SAFE PLACE FOR WOMEN TRAVELLING
The room was very small for 2. TV very small as well. No kettle in the room, nor any cup or glass. I had to ask for them.

The bed looked and sounded like a camping bed but it was undoubtedly comfortable! Good value!
There was no hot water on my first morning but fine the other days. It's quite a long walk to the town centre and the station.
There are few restaurants in the vicinity but those that are are pretty good! The WiFi was a bit hit and miss. No tea/coffee making facilities.
The breakfast was pretty mediocre (but quite good by Italian standards) but reasonably priced.

Everything) Especially breakfast.
In bathroom there wasn't soap, shampoo, but when I asked, they gave it 👌

Everything was excellent, a real value for money. I stayed for an entire week. This is an old-charm hotel, with a classic, vintage furniture and rooms furnished in that style, and it should be accepted as such beforehand. Therefore, one should not expect a luxurious hotel, with brand new furniture. Bathroom seemed to have been renovated and it was really spacious. Being personally fascinated by antiques, as well as vintage style, I found this hotel to be the true example of an old Italian charm (with Deruta pottery everywhere in the hotel). The hotel is conveniently located if you want to use the local bus which takes you directly to the city centre; just a few meters from the bus stop. If you feel like going on foot, it takes about 20 minutes. Next to the hotel is a supermarket. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations as the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. All hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. Although, coming from Montenegro, I speak a pretty good Italian, reception staff also speak English so that communication was easy. Breakfast was very good for Italian 3/4* hotel standard. The room was large and comfortable, with a garden view and with all you need for a pleasant stay. All in all, I would gladly come back any time!

We were attending Umbria Jazz and wanted a hotel that was located close to the arena and this hotel was perfect ! the hotel was very traditional to the Italian style and although a little dated was immaculately clean, excellent linens and towels and great air conditioning. car parking at the hotel. lovely continental breakfasts restaurant was closed during our stay
was great. Staff were delightful and will certainly book for next year
a little dated but certainly nothing to dislike

Comfortable rooms, clean, easy walk to city center.
There was no hot water during some evenings, only mild. Breakfast was poor- too many sweet options, but very limited savory (ham, cheese, boiled egg).
One day they did not even have eggs at all. No tomatoes or other vegetables. One morning we waited for coffee for 25 minutes.

The location was good, comfortable walking distance to the escalator that takes one up to the old city. Parking was easy, a good breakfast was provided and the staff were friendly.
