Zimmer Tip Top Anfahrt kein Problem

Great spot to experience the Tuscany area.
There are tradeoffs but this was the type of experience we were looking for. We hit it on Saturday and Sunday and could not make the winery visit work.

A beautiful off grid location and very peaceful with stunning elevated views across the vines and surrounding forest. An amazing dining terrace, a great pool area and friendly staff (thanks to Bartholomew, Giulia and the chef). The rustic room was large with air conditioning. It’s definitely worth dining here as there is just enough choice and the food was beautifully presented … and what a view from the terrace when eating. It’s worth taking advantage of their free tour and tasting at the cellar at their second vineyard, Casalvento, 20 mins away. Borgo Livernano was great value overall and we thoroughly loved the relaxing experience.
Don’t let the gravel track put you off. It’s not too bad at all and realistically you’ll only be going out and back once a day and we had a fiat 500 and it was no problem!
A small thing but I’d probably say they could make the water in the room free. A tiny cost but something guests will remember being charged for as fairly unusual these days.

Location is a bit away from everything but beautiful and has the most gorgeous views !! Amazing staff and Nico’s cooking is just heavenly !
Mosquitoes ! But they mentioned that it was a no chemical farm so there will be mosquitoes considering the location. Pack a mosquito repellent.

Personnel restaurant tres gentil et serviable
Situation exceptionnelle

Absolutely everything was magical! The location is beautiful (and not nearly as hard to drive to as some of the other reviewers seemed to describe) the room was beautiful and the staff were so kind and nice to work with. We felt spoiled and so well taken care of! The food was wonderful at every meal and the reception was so easy to work with. They made sure we had wine and flowers in the room as well as squeezing us in for a private wine tour and tasting at their winery. We cannot speak highly enough to describe our stay at Livernano!! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and we already want to book our next trip!!
We loved everything!

The grounds and historic place are incredible. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast was very good.
The drive to the location has an 8 km gravel drive and if you are not experienced it can be very scary.

The florentine steak, it’s amazing!
The road to get there is of course a country road, but a bit too long, 8 km of unpaved road and really dusty. I guess they can’t do much about that. The pool not being cleaned of leaves and the room is too cold hearted :)(personal thing though).

This Borgo is amazing. we are a family of five and had a wonderful time here. The rooms are spacious and beds and facilities are perfect. Breakfast is yummy. Pool is a bonus in summer to give the kids something to do. Staff are amazing.
The roads signage and roads are poor. The last 5kms or so are all dirt roads, which made it a stressful situation to get there. What an adventure. On-site dinner was limited choices, but the staff and food was still amazing. We had a water leak with our A/C, which was annoying. FYI shower is very small.

Overall feel and look of the property, amazing staff, delicious food, excellent customer service.
Suggest having a lunch service since it is a remote location.

Massive room - massive bed - greatly maintained bathroom. Clean. Amazing views. Lovely campus & very nicely renovated, worth the time taken.
Hotel is literally in the middle of no-where - 8 km on a gravel road, cannot drive more than 20km p/h here. Felt sorry for the rental car with all those pebbles flying. Thought to walk to the vineyard which is their own ... only to discover that its 25min drive, having to go over the gravel again. Staff only present till 17.00 - making it difficult to schedule your check-in when your on a road-trip. Future tip: instal an electrical charging point ;) would not want to be stranded here on empty.

Amazing, beautiful, quiet place in the heart of Tuscany. Place you go to once in a lifetime.
I wish the site would be more specific about the distance one has to drive and the fact that the road is in really bad condition.

The wildlife and the staff.
They had had weeks of rain and everything felt damp. Although when we arrived we had sunshine all the time.

This location is magical.
The road to get there is a bit rough, but worth it.

Beautiful hillside, unique building, excellent and friendly staff.
Access is a major issue if you plan to take daily trips around the area. It adds 20 minutes each way to get in and out.

Difficult to get to, but once you get there the isolation and luxury is wonderful.
Great evening meals (but the day we left the restaurant was closed, and you really don't want to have to go out to eat 10 miles away at night).
Very friendly and helpful staff.
This place is miles from anywhere - which is both good and bad (especially if you have to go to hospital as I did).

The staff, Saint and Georgia.
The dinners.
the wine tour/tasting was my least favorite part but everything at the accommodation was amazing.

Excellent place , the staff was amazing worm welcome after along day at the roads.
We came at dinner and check-in around 9 p.m and one of the staff member took us straight to dinner and did all the check-in by him self.
Excellent experience!!
The road to the place is bumpee

The property was gorgeous, situated up in the hills of Tuscany. The room was amazing, the food was incredible, but most of all the staff were the nicest most helpful people we’ve met during our time in Italy. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Outstanding breakfast and worth the travel to this breathtaking location. The staff were beyond amazing. Saint and all other staff members made us feel so very welcomed and important. The setting is very magical, and Borgo Livernano was truly unforgettable. We will recommend to our friends and hope to be able to return!
We loved everything! it’s important to know you need a car and we found using the coordinates for GPS most helpful
