Great location just outside and downhill from one of the main entry gates to old town. This is a small hotel with beautiful grounds, a swimming pool and generous amounts of free parking (a big bonus)! The rooms are bright and airy if somewhat in need of a fresh coat of paint. The breakfasts offer a large variety of tasty choices. Note- there are no elevators here. Big tip- request the second floor room with the small balcony!
Nothing comes to mind. The staff are especially helpful in answering questions or making local restaurant reservations.

The views from the hotel property were gorgeous. We enjoyed finding numerous spots to sit, take in the scenery and peaceful atmosphere.

The location was good . Quaint family run hotel . Had parking for the car and pool was nice .

The location was a short walk from the historic center of San Gimignano which was very convenient. Also, there was free parking at the hotel for guests. The view from the backyard of the property was beautiful and the pool area was very nice. The staff at check in was very friendly and understood/spoke English well.
The staff during checkout did not speak English and it was difficult communicating.

Convenient location a short walk into the town. plenty of parking, good breakfast, didn’t use the pool, but it looked really good and a nice area to relax in.
We got the economy room which was comfortable, but a little small, fine for the 1 night we stayed. Close to the road so we were concerned about road noise, but there’s not much traffic at night so I slept fine.

In the heart of Tuscany, this is a really nice place to stay with beautiful panoramic view. The centre is a short walk away. The hosts are very friendly and the hotel garden is perfect for relaxing, we loved the pool.

The hotel is located outside of the city walls of San gimignano, and after a 10 minute walk you can reach the centre. The pool is large with many tanning beds. The rooms are simple but clean. The host was very friendly.

Very nice little Hotel with a nice garden an Pool. All is very clean. Breakfast is wunderfull and we felt home.
The rooms have not Air Condionair or it was not full working. It was ok but in this very hot days we would prefer to have a really good air conditionair.

This hotel is great and located in a very picturesque place, just 10min walk from the center of San Gimignano. The hotel has got a parking which is very convenient if you arrive by car. Also the cosy swimming pool is fabulous to get a day stress out! Just superb!

The location was awesome, just few meters away from the town; the building itself is very nice, there is a lot of green around and having breakfast in the garden is peaceful for a good start of the day. The rooms are comfortable, no noises can be heard from the other ones; water pressure in the shower is very strong and the bed is good to sleep on. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back.
Some more options could be available during breakfast, changing day by day.

Great location right on the edge of the old town but on a main road so no access issues and easy parking on site. Less than 10 minutes easy walk from the centre.
Lovely gardens and seating area to relax in and a pool available for earlier in the year.
Small double room perfectly fine, clean and comfortable with a good sized bathroom
Very happy with the stay short as it was, will be looking to go back to San Gimignano and will try to stay here again.
