Pleasant family house for 10 people, located a stone's throw from the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, in the district of the presidents.
You will be charmed by the location, in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne, the Grande Plage at 230m, the Arago market and its local shops at 500m (bakery, butcher, delicatessen, supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy,...)
Other local shops are located 300m away with a mini-market, a butcher, a pharmacy, restaurants,...
House completely renovated in 2022, combining charm and authenticity.
With its 140m² of living space, this beautiful residence is composed as follows:
- Beautiful living room with lounge, dining room and open kitchen (fully equipped and furnished).
- 2 large sleeping areas:
* 1 space on the ground floor consisting of:
- a bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds
- a laundry area
- a bathroom with Italian shower
- a bedroom with a double bed.
All its rooms (except the bathroom) have direct access to the outdoor courtyard
- Two separate toilets
* 1 space upstairs: take the beautiful staircase of yesteryear to access:
- a bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160/200)
- a bedroom with two single beds 90/200
- a separate toilet
An outdoor courtyard is accessible from several rooms of the house allowing you to take advantage of this little corner to take your meals, rest and enjoy the sunny days.
Wifi + Orange TV is present in the house.
