- Perfect central location on an elegant avenue well-served in commerce and other services, accessible within walking distance from my business venue and from all the key landmarks that I intended to visit as well. - Extremely comfortable, clean, elegant, peaceful room, with fresh modern decor whilst exuding timeless warmth and charm, on a sweet spot between the aura of grand-hotel experience and the cozy familial feel of an upscale boutique hotel that feels like home. - Exceptionally diligent and caring staff, ensuring utmost professional care with spotless perfection in all regards. Clean and stylish hotel in a central location. Rooftop bar was a real treat.

Great location Breakfast and excellent and plentiful. The rooftop bar and restaurant were wonderful- both the views and the quality of the food and drink

Great location but not recommended for a relaxing stay

You pay for the location, which is absolutely great, to explore Palma. The reception staff was really friendly. But other than that, did the hotel not live up to the expectations nor the price tag.

The restaurant staff was really rude, we had booked a table for lunch and when we came there did someone else have the table. After several discussions did we get the table. Another night did we want to have room service and then the staff told us to order and look at the menu online instead of helping us at the restaurant. We also found an old razor in the bathroom, which didn’t feel that fresh. You didn’t hear the street but you could hear everything from the hallway, so very noisy. Overall, you can’t tell the hotel was recently renovated.

well located, but not great

Nice big room, plenty of storage, nice decor. luggage room and access to toilets after check out. kettle in the room good water pressure on the shower good products

my room was located near the stairwell so everything echoes and it was noisy. on 7th floor you’re beneath the sky restaurant/bar and can occasionally hear guests walking up and down the stairs, and the dragging of chairs, and movement of crockery didn’t find the staff particularly welcoming nor was I given full detail of wifi, facilities.

Excellent, well located hotel with charming staff. Bedroom soundproofing inadequate.

Noise. The bedrooms are insufficiently soundproofed and you are at the mercy of other guests for a peaceful night. The bedrooms have no carpeting so upstairs footsteps clatter. Pets not accepted.

lovely clean twin room with a balcony view of the main avenue. nice bathroom and shower.

can be a little noisy in central Palma with the tall buildings as any noise is amplified. I’m being fussy as I also loved this location as close to everything.

Excellent hotel although the room was rather small following earlier stays - the reception staff were absolutely excellent

The Bar staff in the Sky Bar were totally inadequate and there efforts sorely deminished the potential sales as guests become very disappointed with the disinterest to serve !
