The perfect location very close to the fantastic beach of kalo livadi and far from the traffic and the other super crowded areas of the island.
The staff, particularly at the breakfast, they were super kind, efficient, the guy remembered our order since day two.
4.5
A stunning view, lovely pool & rooms are beautifully decorated. There’s a free shuttle every day at various times too which is a bonus. The hotel restaurant is also good. We’ve stayed here a few times and I continue to recommend this hotel to anyone looking to come to Mykonos and enjoy some down time.

Staff were very helpful and prompt with requests. Breakfast had variety. Room was well equipped for the most part.
Received 1L of drinking water at the beginning of stay but then had to pay for drinking water after. We usually went to a local market to load up on water.

It was the staff at this hotel who were a big reason to make us happy with the trip
Due to the work of upgrading the room to a suite with a private outdoor pool
Really one of the best hotel I've stayed in
Not close to the center
But there are hotel buses to get you to and from the hotel for free

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location walking distance from the beach.with well kept colourful landscaped gardens, a pleasure to walk by everyday.
I was upgraded to a lovely extremely spacious junior suite complete with complimentary rose. Perfect start to my 'mini' vacation.
Lovely clean interior, natural carved drift wood features, woven wood light pendants, stone walled huge walkin shower all in keeping with its natural environment. The large balcony and stunning views of the sea was ideal to sit out on with coffee.
1st visit to Greece, traveling solo. I came end of season and didn’t realise the hotel was due to close the day of my departure. However, while the hotel wasn't at full capacity, the attentiveness and courteous hospitality exhibited by all the staff didn't waiver and was consistent fom front desk through to the restaurant waiting staff.
Especially Constantinos great customer service, answering my queries ahead off and throughout my stay and Vassilika (apologies if I misspelt).. who was also very accommodating, helpful & patience.
Breakfast buffet was filling offering a very good variety incl. healthy options, alternative 'milks and cooked eggs options. The Alacarte menu is pricey but expected for the area. I had a main meal, snack and an indulgent dessert during my stay., alongside wine and coffee.
The free shuttle bus drop off and pick up service meant I was able to spend a full day in Mykonos Town. The transfer driver* and Costas who stepped in one day were both personable, friendly easy to converse with. *Apologise name forgotten
In addition, being able to arrange airport transfer service for a fee was very covenient.
ALL POSITIVES re: hotel. .

We had a lovely stay at Archipelagos Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located, just 5 min walk from Kalo Livadi. The premises were lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. The views from the rooms and the common areas are stunning. The food at the restaurant was great too.
We had some issues with housekeeping which could have been better dealt with. The overall cleanliness was good but we got back at the hotel one day after a whole day out and the room was only partially done. The bed was undone and they had taken the used towels but did not replace them with new ones. It was late in the evening and our baby was tired. After complaining reception sent the housekeeper to finish the room but did not apologise which we thought was a bit unprofessional. A complementary treat to compensate for the time we had to wait to go back to our room would have been nice too, but they didn’t offer anything. They also forgot a an walkie-talkie in the room one day. Apart from that, the hotel staff was really nice and helpful, specially at the restaurant and bar. Despite this incident we very much recommend the hotel. Housekeeping can be improved though.

The facilities are nice and the view amazing. The staff is nice and the concierge is very helpful when you speak with him face-to-face. The breakfast is good
The service is lagging behind for a 5* hotel... I contacted the concierge before the trip to help book an activity and he ignored my email... also, they only provide water bottles and shampoo/shower gel at the beginning of the trip (they did not provide any refill over our 5-day stay - same for my friends who were staying there)

flies and bad reception
3.0
selected rooms with a good view of water, staff are polite and hotel is clean
location is 20 mins from everything and unless you download iMove (greeces equivalent for Uber) the. you will be paying 50-60 euros per trip to get to the one main town if you have iMove it’s still 35 euros per trip. the free shuttle is always fully booked at 12 pm and the return drive of 9:20pm is horrible as you miss the true night life. nearest small shop is 1km away and it’s all up hill so a lot to deal with. the nearest beach is beautiful but has very bouji beach club called solymars that charge 100 euro per person per sun bed. they are quite rude and if don’t pay you’ll have to sit on the sand which isn’t so bad.
4.5
great location, nice room with balcony view.
the new idea that many hotels have that the toilet (and here also the shower) is separated from the room by only a thin glass door that does not lock tightly is bad.
4.5
Amazing location with walking distance to a lovely beach for snorkeling. Amazingly warm staff at reception and reservation.
Construction site above active on a Sunday breaking stones 😱 early morning but once the well insulated windows were shut was not a problem.

The sea view room from the honeymoon suite is lovely, service at breakfast is also very good. Complimentary soft drink on arrival. Breakfast staff very good and almost staff - only the check in girl was a bit below standard (for instance she said she didn’t know if there was a hotel car park) but, this could’ve been due to language barriers.
I had been messaging for a week to inform them of our arrival time (which is requested) and they said they were able to provide us a room at the time. This didn’t happen and we had to wait for hours - I then asked to upgrade to the honeymoon suite based on the Booking.com price but, they couldn’t honour this price and charged me x3 for it. The room is so much smaller than photos and is very basic. There were marks on the bed sheets and paint discolouration on the ceiling. The facilities in the room are also very basic. The hotel is way overpriced as well as it’s food and drinks - 5 euros for coke, 16 euros for a cocktail, 10 euros for chips. The hotel pays attention to taking your bag to your room and trying to give you extra attention in this way but, realistically more effort should be spent on the facilities and hotel experience itself. I also informed them a that we were celebrating our engagement and this was not acknowledged at all. Hotel is 20 min drive from Mykonos town and the hotel provides a one way shuttle at 12 and at 8 to get there - taxis are limited in the evening so, we hired a car and parked it on the street outside.
