Ready for adventure, you simply walk downstairs, grab your skis/snowboards and gear from the holders and head out to the slopes through the rear lower-level exit. As you return from your fun-filled day, you’ll find plenty of coat hooks and boot trays for all your outerwear, and dry your boots and accessories on the provided boot warmers. You’ll also love the convenience of dual stacked washers and dryers so that there’s no wasting of time while waiting on laundry.

☆☆ LIVING SPACES ☆☆

Make your way upstairs past the game room to the warm and inviting open-concept living area with exposed log walls on the main level, where you’ll gather in comfort with ample seating for everyone.

Head to the private deck where you’ll find an 8-person hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Stay cozy and warm while relaxing in the bubbling hot tub while viewing the stars. During the day, watch the local deer or skiers and snowboarders as they enter the slopes. Gather around the fire pit (seating for five on Adirondack chairs) and share your adventure stories from the day.

Inside, a cozy fire in the stone gas fireplace creates welcoming ambiance after a day on the slopes. Warm up and get comfortable and converse on the leather sectional and watch your favorite shows and sports on the 56” smart TV for which you can use your own log-ins to your subscription streaming services.

For those wanting to escape to watch movies or play games, head to the lower-level game room with a 72” smart TV. All of your play needs are here as it is equipped with a digital game table offering 30+ board games for young and old, a Nintendo switch with multiple games, as well as an Atari game set with many of the classics. You’ll also find an arcade game with Ms. Pac Man, a digital-pinball game, basketball-hoop, and mini axe throwing setup. If you simply want to sit back and relax, you can watch movies on either the large, comfortable sectional or two designer leather chairs.

A few steps away, prep and cook your favorite delicious recipes in the fully equipped kitchen, where everything is brand new and counter space is plentiful. Appliances include range with built-in convection oven and air fryer, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You’ll find a extensive assortment of small kitchen appliances, including large Belgian waffle maker, small mini-waffle/chaffle maker, blender, mini-bullet/personal blender, coffee grinder, hand-mixer, and crock pot. Not only can you grab your morning coffee from the coffee maker, but you also have the option of making lattes, classic coffee, or cold brew. Coffee beans (locally roasted coffee), flavored syrups and tea are supplied. Everything you need is here including cookware, dishware, flatware, professional knife set, utensils, and more. Gather and dine at the large dining table for 12 with built in banquette.

In the Spruce Bedroom, wake up to a beautiful view of the pines and the slope. Watch the sun rise over the gorgeous snow covered trees. You’ll find a California-king mattress on a plaid, upholstered, designer bed against a warm exposed log feature wall. Rest on the memory-foam mattress and stay toasty via its heated mattress pad. Sconce lamps on both sides of the bed facilitate reading, and you’ll appreciate the convenience of bedside nightstands with charging cubes for each of your devices.

Wind down to sleep watching the 42" TV. For any remote-work needs, you’ll find a desk with desk lamp facing the windows so you can take in the serene tree view as you catch up on any necessary emails. Light floods the room during the day while the blackout curtains ensure a dark night’s sleep. The Spruce Bedroom boasts a beautiful en-suite bathroom with dual shower heads and plenty of room for two. Store all of your luggage in the convenient walk-in closet.

The Eucalyptus Bedroom also offers a king memory-foam mattress, along with plush organic cotton mattress topper, a heated mattress pad and all new bedding. Feast your eyes on the professionally designed, beautiful wallpaper and exposed log wall. You’ll love the fresh eucalyptus scent emanating from the wall hanging above the bed. A 40” TV, ceiling fan and a closet for storage are provided.

Also available for your selection upstairs is the Fern Bedroom with brand new king mattress, plush organic pillow top/mattress cushion, and heated mattress pad. A closet is available for storage. Take in the professionally designed patterned wallpaper and rustic exposed log wall. A 40” TV rounds out the experience in this inviting room.

On the main floor, you’ll find the gorgeous Evergreen Bunk-room. The two bunk beds offer brand new twin memory-foam mattresses, heated mattress pads, and a cheerful, professionally designed floral wallpaper. Bunk-bed sleepers have a 40” TV and a comfy leather chair and nightstand with a convenient cube device charger at their disposal. Each cozy bunk offers a sconce for late night reading in bed.

Downstairs on the entry level, the Plaid Bunk-room provides bunks with two full beds including cubbies for books, phones, and treasures. A captivating wallpaper mural, leather chair, and 32” TV complete the room. It’s the perfect place for kiddos or teens!

Refresh and rejuvenate in Red Spruce Retreat’s 3.5 bathrooms. In addition to the Spruce Bedroom’s en-suite, you’ll find a full bathroom with designer tile, a shower with beautiful glass shower door on the entry level. You’ll find a powder bathroom with designer wallpaper on the main level. Upstairs, you’ll find a full bathroom shared by the Fern and Eucalyptus bedrooms also with designer tile and beautiful glass shower doors.

We’ve made every effort to supply sustainable, Eco-friendly and non-toxic soaps and cleaning supplies. All bathrooms supply nontoxic shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap from Public Goods in addition to plush white linens and make-up cloths.

We supply start up necessary paper amenities (toilet paper rolls, paper towels, tissue paper). Based on your usage habit and your length of stay, you may not have enough and should plan accordingly.

Parking is available in two designated spots directly in front of Red Spruce Retreat. Please note that during peak season parking is tight. Snowshoe shuttle service is also available from within the entire resort. Additional parking can be found in the general part of the complex or Snowshoe Village parking area.

Red Spruce Retreat has a minimum age requirement. All adult members of your party must be 25 or older unless they are children traveling as part of a family group. Every guest must be registered and verified on your reservation. We have a strict no party or gathering policy.

Pets are not allowed.

No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana or anything else that can be assimilated to smoking.

Guest must sign Rental Agreement and provide Government ID.

Although you have access to the entire home, there are 4 locked supply closets that are not accessible to guests.

The property is equipped with video recording cameras at the front and back entrance for the safety of our guests. Those are used for security purpose only. Any recording is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Third Party Reservations (Guest not occupying the home) are strictly forbidden and again any channel policy (airbnb, VRBO, booking...). The guest who made the reservation must be an active occupant of the home for the entire duration of the reservation. Unauthorized guests will be removed from the property and the reservation will be immediately canceled. No refund will be provided regardless of the cancellation policy.

Your arrival (and departure) are fully contactless. You will be provided with detailed check-in instructions the afternoon prior to your arrival including a code and/or mobile app to enter the home.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is entirely up to you. We are only a phone call/message away and will respond usually within minutes during extended business hours. During the overnight, we probably wont get back to you until early the next morning. If there is a life threatening emergency, please contact 911 and then call us and leave us a voicemail. We reserve the right to stop by the property at anytime but will give you at least 4 hours notice except in case of emergency.
