Lakeside bungalow located less than 1/3 mile from Boat Mart boat storage, Jaycee's Boat Launch and Fire by the Lake Bar and Grill. Newly remodeled home boasting 135 ft. of lakeshore, a sprawling back yard, and covered deck overlooking it all. An open concept layout of communal space moves seamlessly from kitchen to dining area to a large living room with a gas fireplace and 75 inch TV. The big picture windows allow a full view of the Lake Guntersville's beauty. The full kitchen is fitted with all new appliances including a gas stovetop and all the tools needed to make a typical family meal. Full size table will accommodate a big family meal or the smaller table located in nook off kitchen seats 4. Laundry is easily accomplished with the full size washer and dryer in separate laundry room behind kitchen. Location provides fast access to Hwy 69 and is only ten minutes from downtown Guntersville and the new City Harbor.

Very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of house. Great layout of floor plan, all bedrooms are separated from living area and kitchen. Worked great for our family weekend trip, those that get up earlier can do so without Disturbing Others. The exterior wasn’t as well maintain, The yard had been mowed but wasn’t clean enough for our grandsons to play on because of deep grass clippings ( possibly due to rain earlier in the week) the back patio and entrance into the house wasn’t swept and the boat dock was nasty from geese droppings to the point it was unusable.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Easy access to the lake. We went fishing every evening. We plan to revisit soon.

The house and property are very well maintained. The mattresses are very comfortable. Location is steps to the lake. Quiet nice neighborhood. Grocery store and a few restaurants close by. One minor thing missing for me was chest of drawers in the bedrooms or some shelves in the closet. I prefer putting my clothes in drawers and not having to live out of my travel bag. I would still highly recommend the house.

The how was immaculately clean. Well stocked. Didn't need to really bring anything but ur clothes. The kitchen has all the dishes that u need to cook with. the yard was well taken care of. The host was very quick to respond back to help us with the only small problem we had. Checking in and out went very smoothly!

First of all, the pictures of this property do not do them justice. It feels so welcoming and warm as soon as you enter. The space is beautiful and the hosts thought of everything. The location is perfect for enjoying the town. The hosts are responsive and lovely.

We were going to stay at a hotel for the tournament but I hate staying in a motel, especially with 2 teenage boys. This house was the perfect option for what we needed. We were at the ballpark at Sand Mountain most of the time, but when we were at the house, the yard was perfect for them to get out and just be boys. The house offers plenty of privacy for such a large space, and it is easy to get in and out of the neighborhood to go wherever you need to go. The view from the back porch every morning while I drank my coffee, was the perfect starter spot before getting ready for a day at the park. I will definitely be going back with the family to fish next time.

Six of us booked this wonderful place on Guntersville Lake for a long weekend. The home is scrupulously clean, very well furnished and appears to be designer decorated. In fact, the pictures do not do justice to this home. It was extraordinarily comfortable and the large lot and gorgeous lake view worked together to create a very relaxing atmosphere resulting in making memories for all of us. Everything works as it should and absolutely no surprises. You try to think of things you need on a trip but we wasted our time as we wanted for nothing. The host and hostess were extremely helpful and courteous in familiarizing us with the area and the nearby facilities. There’s a nearby 7-11, a Dollar General, and a very good restaurant that, if you were a little ambitious, is within walking distance. Or a couple of minutes by car. We will definitely be returning!

This property is stunning from the beauriful decor to the amazing view. They have really thought of everything. There is plenty of room for families to enjoy time together or for entertaining. All you need to bring is your clothes to enjoy your home away from home. The owners were great to deal with as well, any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner. We will definitely be coming back to stay.
