New 2023 Cape Haze Cottage , 3 bedroom 2 bath elevated canal front pool home. Quiet waterfront neighborhood with easy access to everything this amazing area has to offer.
Central air, wi fi , smart TV in each room . New appliances including washer and dryer. Screened lanai provides sunset views, private pool area with combination sun and shade areas , outside shower, steps away from deep water(4ft draft) canal front for Kayaking and fishing or just watching dolphin, manatee and fish that abound in the local waters. There is also a great variety of indigenous birds, from Eagles and Ospreys to Oyster Catchers and Pelicans. Situated just six minutes from stump pass by boat allowing access to the gulf , beaches and fishing both inshore and offshore. Inshore boating is exceptional with hundreds of miles of protected waters to explore, walking distance to marina services, convenience store, boat rental and restaurants, Walmart and Home Depot within a 6 mile radius. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming in the pool, or using the bikes and the kayaks. One of the best appointed homes we have ever stayed at. Everything was neat, organized, clean, and functional. The dock was great, boated everyday. Communication and ease of rental was top notch. Will definitely be returning.

The property was very well appointed! The host thought of everything you could possibly need right down to the bedside chapstick! It was very easy to get the boat in and out of the canal. We definitely would stay here again!

I cannot say enough about this stay. Hands down the most beautiful property we've ever stayed at. We boated in, and a seamless experience tying up & "moving in". Nicole thought of absolutely everything we might need - towels, toiletries, snacks, coffee - so amazing. Great beds, great linens, spices,dishes - she has you covered. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

We are 2 couples, family related, who travelled to Florida, the gulf coast, for the month of February 2024. Booking through VRBO is a breeze. The checkin was super easy and quick. We arrived earlier than checkin time and the hostess, Nicole, allowed us to enter before the checkin time. The cottage is beautiful, clean, and decorated to perfection. Nicole thought of everything to make our stay stress free, relaxed, and fun. Everything you might possibly need, she has thought of. Nicole was always ready to answer any questions, help out when needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We got a chance to meet Nicole. She is very approachable and a truly pleasant person. If you are planning a trip to Cape Haze cottage you will not be disappointed.

House is decorated nicely, relaxing and welcoming. Well stocked with anything you may need/basic essentials. Host is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed at probably 12 VRBO properties and this was hands down the best experience. The owners reached out to make sure I was able to check in and to ensure everything was going as expected. Once in the property I was highly impressed with the attention to the renter. There was not one item they forgot to consider. The provided a detailed and clear welcome book with all the needed amenities and more. Welcome snacks including Champagne, bikes, toiletries, monogrammed robes!, smarts TVs in every room, bose speaker, etc, etc. We were even able to dock up a boat on the seal wall and were a short 5-minute ride to the intercoastal. We will be back.

Cape Haze Cottage had absolutely everything and more. We had a group of 6 and brought a boat with us as well, the house was perfect for our stay. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Can’t wait to come back and visit here.

Wow! From the beginning to the end, our family was more than happy with this experience. The booking process through VRBO app was very easy. Nicole was very helpful and her communication throughout our stay was amazing! Extremely clean house, every amenity we could have wanted was provided. Location was great for our family, especially bringing a boat! Deep water canal made for easy navigation on and off the water, we spent a lot of time fishing and at the sandbar. The outdoor shower was perfect to rinse off before spending the afternoon floating around the pool! The neighbors were friendly and polite. We will definitely book this house again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

If you’re looking for a place to stay- your search is over. Cape Haze Cottage was honestly perfect. I’ve stayed in hundreds of rentals (for work) and this was the best appointed one I’ve stayed in yet. There was nothing we could think of that this home didn’t have. We had a sunburn? There was aloe. Bug spray? Sunscreen? A blender for our morning smoothies. Bikes, kayaks, chapstick and robes (complete with the Cape Haze Cottage logo). My husband and I went with my mother and our newborn son and we were even provided with a pack and play. We loved having our coffee on the screened in porch in the morning and watching the pair of bald eagles in the tree, and then having a glass of wine and bbq from the grill on the back deck as we watched manatees and dolphins play in the canal. We swam in the pool in the morning after our bike rides and then rinsed off the in outdoor shower, before going to (one of four) picture perfect near by beaches. 10/10 we will stay again! Thank you Nicole!

Wow! What a wonderful place for our family to enjoy some much needed R & R. Nicole thought of everything when she set the house up for renting. All the pictures are true to life and then some. The place was very clean, open floor plan, beach theme decorated, and bedrooms roomy with comfy beds. Plenty of room in the living room for all to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots & pans, glassware for inside/nice plasticware for on the deck & pool area. Spices, coffee, tea, sugar & substitute, dish washer, dish, and laundry detergent all provided to get your stay started along with TP, paper towels, and napkins. All appliances worked well and appeared brand new along with the propane grill which we used one night. The screened in porch off the living room was fantastic and used at different times of the day. There were ample towels and beach towels provided with clean fresh smelling linens. There was a binder full of information about the house and area. The 2 kayaks were perfect size for adults and our 9 year old along with life vests. We loved exploring the canals and open bay. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available. The bikes were used several times, including one for our 9 yr old with a helmet. The pool was clean and refreshing with pool noodles to use and chair floats. We rented a pontoon boat for the day and we were able to dock it right at the house. I loved the pool being downstairs and the house above so we didn't have to worry so much for our 18 month old running out the door and directly into the pool. Nicole had baby equipment: pack & play, highchair, and gates. Check-in and out was very easy and Nicole responded quickly before and during our rental period. I can't say enough but we'd certainly love to return in the future!
