All the tiny details across the property- so many Harry Potter themed decorations. The biscuits and chocolates were a lovely touch. We really loved it all and any minor issues really wouldn’t prevent us from going back in a heartbeat.
The banister on the stairs is very low and I have difficulties with my knee which made getting up and down the stairs a challenge. Not something that is easily changed but just worth being aware of. Some instructions for the oven would also be great and, as others have mentioned, some info in the welcome text to tell you where to park as we’d missed this on the booking page.

It was amazing, everywhere you looked was another piece of magic from the Harry Potter films. We could have explored and played games all day!

The theme was perfect for our grandchildren, prior to our visit to HP World. The facilities were very comfortable and accommodated our family of five very well.
Could not find the welcome book, so had to rely on my daughter's now account for the TV..

Honestly, staying here made our trip. I was taking my kids to the Harry Potter studio tour for their first time and stayed here as a surprise the night before. They were delighted and loved running around finding all the little features, there was such attention to detail in the theme.. even the ceilings! They've talked about where we stayed as much as the studio itself!

Imaginatively decorated in Harry Potter theme. It’s clear a huge amount of thought and love has gone into this space. Well equipped with some lovely touches like “golden snitch” Ferrero Roche. Comfortable. Location less than 10mins from WB Tour. So impressed.
Knight bus beds much more suited to children than adults.

The attention to detail was very impressive. The property is homely and still has a magical feel. My 9 year old was over the moon and enjoyed his stay as much as he enjoyed WB Studio tour. The host was very friendly and left biscuits out too.

The attention to Harry Potter themed detail.
The area. It would have been helpful to warn us we needed to find on-street parking.

Looking round all the Harry Potter memorabilia.
The only comment I can make here is that the knight bus room could use a night light or lamp.

We could be in one of the rooms for hours and we would still discover something new. We loved the sorting hat, Hedwig, the cabinet of treasures, Dumbledore's office and the fat lady as you entered the Griffindor bedroom was brilliant. The kitchen was a great space, equipped with everything we needed to make dinner. We ate in the garden while playing wizards chess. Perfect!
We thought the cupboard under the stairs had a real bed. It's not real. Niece was devastated hahaha.

Communication with owners was exceptional, very helpful and quick to respond.
Property was perfect for Harry Potter fans, the amount of detail and effort put into it was amazing.
Comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen, modern facilities, beautiful garden to relax in and local to amenities.
Absolutely amazing stay!

The Harry Potter details were really good, the garden was lovely especially with the ability to park there when we found no parking on the street and a giant chess set that the children enjoyed playing with. Nice treats were left for us too. The children especially like the details on the ceilings and the flying letters and candles etc.
We had arranged to have birthday banners put up as it was our sons 10th birthday but when we arrived there were none. It was a bit disappointing as I would have put my own up if it wasn’t arranged. The bed under the stairs was just hard wood with a bit of thin foam on it. Our son found it too uncomfortable to actually sleep on but thankfully there was a spare bed upstairs. There was no proper bedding but a thin sheet on the bunk beds and no covers for the spare bedding we could find so the children woke up cold and we had to sort them out in the middle of the night and get the 3 of them to share a double bed.
