A nice apartment in the center of Barcelona, requiring a little more commitment from the operator.

We liked the layout of the apartment. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. There is also a living room with a kitchenette. Quiet and efficient air conditioning and a balcony. No annoying noises. Convenient location in the city center and close to the entrance to the Girona metro station (L4). Timely return of the deposit.

A completely successful stay was disturbed, first of all, by the automatic check-in process of "Sweet Inn", which, in my opinion, requests excessive personal data, such as passport photos, facial photos, etc. I also did not come across any information who is the administrator of personal data and how long it will be processed. The second problem occurred on the day of arrival, when it turned out that the email sent by "Sweet Inn" with a link containing instructions for obtaining access codes to the apartment simply did not work. The thought of spending the night on the street was terrible. The operator's chatbot did not provide answers on how to solve the problem. It turned out that the link requires Google Chrome to open and does not work properly on Mozilla Firefox - it would be enough to include this information in the e-mail. The last thing that made us a bit sad was the fact that, despite reporting a damaged shower hose on the first day, no one came to replace it by the end of our stay. With the above-mentioned adventures, a little dust in the wardrobes is not a significant problem.

A cozy place to stay in the central of Barcelona

The apartment is very spacious. Besides, the host provided small kits for laundry and cooking, which is very kind. The location is quite central; it's within walking distance of some main attractions.

Great location.

The process for entry and access is by technology, you need to ensure you download the Sweet Inn app before arrival. Contact and issues are all done via WhatsApp which was excellent. All staff assisted with our needs very promptly. Great outlook of the local culture from the balcony (room 303)

I much prefer to be met at the property to enable all logistical issues can be personally dealt with by a human.

Would not stay there again unless they fixed above

Good location, easy checkin. Nice balcony. Generally clean inside apartment. Welcome packet had coffee, small olive oil. Clean bathroom. Check out easy. Nice layout.

Mattress old, had bunch of fabric burrs, no mattress cover. Only a thin sheet between your body and small hard bumps. Could feel the bumps and burrs of the mattress . Had to steal the blanket from next bedroom to sleep comfortably. . This is not hard to fix. Buy a mattress cover. Elevator broke 3 days. Trash in hallways, and cereal down 3 flights of stairs from a broken trash bag. Crappy couch, no support. Most apartments we stay at already have cooking supplies, some basic spices, etc, left from previous visitors. This one did not. Need a full length mirror. Need a small table or shelf beside the beds to put phones or books on. Owners should spend the night in these places themselves and they would quickly figure out some small inexpensive touches to make the place nicer.

I will choose Sweet Inn again next time.

It close to many tourist spots. Good kitchen with excellent culteries, and including many facilities to use. Online custom service is good and really patient to help.

Open the door with app which require downloading. Hot water not available at one of the evening (but they tried to fix it)

Fantastisch!

Prima locatie, bezienswaardigheden gemakkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. Beheerder zeer behulpzaam via WhatsApp. Zeer comfortabele bedden en ruim en netjes appartement met 2 badkamers. Zeker aan te bevelen!

Great apartment but lets be real with the details!

The location was good for us as it was walking distance to most. This place looks like the photos. Having an apartment was so easy for a group, and this place was the right size and ideal, especially having a great living area to spread out. We loved the keyless entry, I lose keys easily.This was equipped with everything you need.The kitchen was nicel and ready for use.The toiletry was upscale with product by Ritual, a very expensive luxury brand. Beds were super comfy. Towels were good, but they could use an upgrade in that area. Staff was responsive by Whatsapp and very professional and friendly. They helped with getting taxis and anything we needed. Instructions were clear. Overall, it was a great value. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was generally clean to the naked eye, but I noticed cobwebs and moldy dust over and in the closet doors in the bedrooms. Also, there was so much dust out in the window frame outside that it collected to the point that you could see when the wind blows ( I have photos). We like to open windows for air.The cleaning crew clearly dont look up to dust much, I am 5 ft tall, and if I can see it, they can too. The one sofa had some huge fresh stains on it, so only one out of three of us could sit on it. Attention to detail like that is a must, though that detail you cannot miss. While overall the apartment was nice, that put a small damper on our stay, because now I was afraid to find more not being cleaned. We all had issues with dust, so my big suggestion to the Sweet Inn is to please get a better cleaning crew and please leave us more than only 2 coffee pods in the kitchen. I think small things make a huge difference.

lovely but the place needs improvement/renovations

Location, view, 2 bedrooms and a living room separated, 2 bathrooms for a family is amazing

Cabinets were broken. The Living room couch was broken not allowing us sit - this was really bad. One sink was totally clogged - it was disgusting. The toilet seat of the other bathroom was broken. To enter the building and apartment you NEED to have internet - if you are visiting from another country and you don't have internet yet - it makes access the apartment extremely difficult.

The things need to point out is: 1. when I checked before arrived, you said there's no lift, but actually there is one which is good; 2. the coffee machine is not workable, please check; 3. when we plug into the toaste machine, the overall electric is out, tried 2 times, but still not ok, please check.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful city.

Nice location with many sites in walkable distance. Very nice set up, and comfortable beds. They provided dishwasher soap and a detergent pod, which was much appreciated!

Horrible and the staff not helpful at all . No recommend

Nothing to say about the apartment because we never stay and we pay for the 2 nights.the only give us one option to get into the apartment check in online but for some reason that wasn’t working for us . We wetting for hours outside the apartment and we try to contact to the property to let us in but not respond. We have to stay and a hotel . We were dealing we computers no we real people. Horrible

No comment, we never saw the apartment The cleaners must have a big surprise when the get into the apartment, because the was nothing to clean, l hope the still get paid . We paid 60 euro for the cleaning for the 2 nights stay and the apartment and we never used .
