There are so many activities supplied with your stay. Such as, a hot tub, sauna, fire pit, dog park, a kid’s playground including tree swings, treehouse library, gas grill, and a beautiful trail among the backside of the 10–acre property. Our neighborhood at Rock Spring Resort consists of long-term and short-term tenants. It is like one big family here! We are very family and pet friendly. We have tons of amenities for the kids and a dog-park for the pups! Our community consists of mostly deaf tenants. We have people on the property fluent in ASL, Dominican sign language, and Spanish.

There is a lot of space for parking on the property! Guests can park in front of the building, or behind, in the gravel areas. Travel will be best by car, though biking or walking is possible.

Our shared laundry facility is towards the back of our building. It is the teal door next to the laundry sign. It is on the far-left side.

Our hot tub and sauna are located in the back of the building as well. They are at the far right of the building.

Our dog park entrance is in our hallway near suites 112-118.

We have lighted signs located above our doors directing you to where your suite is.
