The locals, who are friendly and welcoming, are proud to call Jardim Apipema their home.

The neighborhood is also surrounded by numerous parks, allowing visitors to take in the stunning views of the city. There are also plenty of outdoor activities to be enjoyed, like biking, running, and swimming.

Other Things to Note:
The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits must pre-approved by sending photos of their IDs for Building authorization with anticipation and are limited from 8am until 10pm strictly and up to 2 people at the same time in the property, maximum of 4 people per day
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
