The property was perfect for our stay. The apartment was clean and just the right size for the two of us. The location is close to the airport and easy to get to. The property had beach chairs and beach towels so we didn’t have to worry with packing our own. The bed was very comfy and we both slept very well. I was glad there was a tv in the bedroom because I like to fall asleep watching tv. The apartment was modern and decorated nicely.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay!! The condo was perfect for the two of us, clean, well maintained, and excellent AC! The balcony view is gorgeous and the walking ability to shops, groceries, and restaurants made it a perfect location. We will definitely book this condo again!!

This is perfect located in Isla Verde just minutes away from the airport and just in front of the beach. So easy to get around and many places open until late around you.

Stop looking! This is the 1️⃣ I "research" every year for my Birthday trip I looked for days for a great place and this was it! Pictures are accurate,the location was wonderful We didn't rent a car and had a different breakfast and lunch everyday because everything is so close! Walgreens steps away was great they sell anything you need very convenient.I had questions for Irma and she answered my call right away! We woke up to the sounds of the ocean and the view is amazing.I also have to mention that I have never been in a Rental that has so many things that we can use in the kitchen bathroom,a small cooler,beach chairs.The My Husband and I want to go back to this beautiful rental!

Apartment was clean, updated and comfortable. Plenty of drawers and hangers to really unpack and not see that suitcase until you have to leave. The view is spectacular as you would imagine. We spent alot of time on the balcony taking in the views. Bed was hard at first, maybe new, but it was exactly what we needed - turned out to be really comfy. Property Manager was very responsive for the minor issues we encountered. Issue with someone using our spot and the a/c not working - she resolved them very quickly. We cooked almost every meal in the kitchen which had so many appliances - toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave AND 2 electric burners. If we didn't have to visit family, we probably would not have left. The beach is a secure revolving gate away and the pool as well. The building is secure, security always at the front and there are access points where you need a fob in all areas of the premises. Walking distance to casinos, live music at El San Juan hotel, supermarkets, Walgreens and more. I definitely recommend.

We had an amazing first time in Puerto Rico! The island is beautiful. The condo was just as described and the view was breathtaking. The condo had lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning, making it very convenient. Would definitely stay here again some time!

Everything was great and easy to check-in with the condo security. The only thing I will suggest is to get and extra set of keys for a bigger group like us specially if everyone had to go outside at different time and not together. Irma, the owner was very responsive. We will stay at this location again soon!

We loved this listing. The apartment was very clean and very nicely updated (not common for other apartments I've stayed in this building). The view is amazing, completely unobstructed view of the ocean, we sat out on the patio daily. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I spent four weeks at this property. It has the best views in isla verde! Property is well maintained and secured. The apartment was as described and well stocked. We will definitely booked this apartment when we return next year. Thank you Irma!

I was disappointed when I arrived and there was construction being done. Parking area closed. I was never informed. The security guardes were no help. We lost power first day there. The toilet on our 2nd day was clogged and as you plunged sewage came up into shower! Then we lost power, generator had to be shut off to work on issue we were dying of heat. No AC was no joke. Once we contacted Host Irma she made sure everything was taken care of. Irma is helpful and did what she could ❤️❤️🇵🇷🇵🇷❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️to make our stay a good one. We would stay with her again
