We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel with our family for 3 weeks in Grand Pool Villa! From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their kindness, politeness, and genuine friendliness. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and make us feel at home. The room was impeccably clean, and the food was top-notch, with the breakfast being a particular highlight—delicious and beautifully presented.
The hotel also boasts an incredible sea view that made our stay even more special. We enjoyed many relaxing hours by the infinity pool, which offered breathtaking vistas and a perfect spot to unwind. The combination of attentive service, excellent food, and stunning scenery made this a memorable vacation. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!
Nothing.

The staff were amazing so caring friendly and interactive.
I had a bad back but they understood why we asked to move rooms as we were at villa 502 very far from reception.
We moved to a pool room which was lovely

The infinity pool Only nothing else
The hotel is old and outdated. The 3 bedroom villa is basically 2 connected hotel rooms in the ground floor and a room with a pool and a living room in the upper floor. To go to the upper floor you have to walk in an outside corridor, take the stairs outside and go to the upper floor so if you have kids be careful it’s not safe. I reported that to the hotel and nothing was done just nice messages of how can they make my stay better. The rooms were very old and furniture was obsolete. Insects and spiders all over the room. There is no privacy your neighbors can see your pool and your bedroom. The gym was the smallest rooms you could imagine with dumbbells and a cable machine only. Kids club was a small smelly room with toys that are a decade old. The breakfast restaurant was very small and options were extremely limited, i had breakfast twice and then went to outside restaurants to grab a decent meal.
To sum it up it doesn’t compare to any 5 star hotel in phuket it should be around 4 stars or maybe 3 stars and for the price i paid it is not worth it at all.

Everything was beautiful

The staff there are very friendly and helpful.
The in-house SPA was pretty nice too.
1. The facilities are quite old to be honest. When it is raining heavily at night, the windows & door are shaking loudly.
2. Rooms are not that soundproof. We keep hearing noises from other rooms. I mean really LOUD music & giggling for hours.
3. Dinner at the Cradle cafe is below average. As a hotel far away from town & outside food, I would expect your in-house restaurant to be good enough to keep the customers in, but it was quite disappointing when we tried.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had a nice spa bath which they had prepared for us for our honeymoon. The hotel also offered us a free 60 mins massage which was incredible! Ayara beach was 5 mins away.
Got very quite and secluded at night in Ayara leading up to the resort, but we were at the end of the season.

beautiful view, the staff was amazing. We got a little gift because we booked a long stay. The food was SO good, especially breakfast.
For the amount that we payed, I think the rooms could have a bit more luxury. There were also small bugs in the bathroom.

Pros:
friendly and responsive staff. The inclusive breakfast is delicious - we had it for 4 mornings and didn’t get tired of it. They have an al a carte menu (no extra charge) so everything is made to order. Wifi is fast, but there were some dead spots.
Cons:
Located near the top of the mountainous area so tuktuks always charge more to go there and back. The rooms are dated and felt worn. Not too many activities available at the resort - basically just two pool tables and the infinity pool. You can pay for the spa but it’s 10x the cost of going into town for a massage

Location, view and the private pool. Also very nice breakfast including view, food and especially the staff.
All other staff also extremely friendly.
Tried the in-house restaurant for dinner one night and it was a complete disaster. Maybe a one time thing since they didn’t argue at all when I said I wouldn’t pay for it. Never tried again after that.

good breakfast, amazing panorama to the sea.
Good swimming pool: infinity with sea panorama
some maintenance would be needed, because the buildings are not new
in some common rooms there is no air condition
Shuttle service needed to the Kamala beach and Patong, which are rather expensive, not free

The locations and views were beautiful.
The pool area and beach could be so much better. The pool loungers were very uncomfortable. The. each could be a real asset if they fixed the lift, provided good access to the sea and provided kayaks or water sports. it would be a fantastic attraction.

We booked the deluxe room, which was just fine for the price: beautiful view, enough space for 2 adults and a child. The staff is super-friendly, the service excellent. For example, we came back from the beach and I left my sandals outside the door to avoid tracking sand into our room. Took a very quick shower, and went to retrieve my sandals, and housekeeping had cleaned them off (totally unexpected, incredibly quick).
The location is a bit outside of town, but there is a shuttle which makes it easy to get into town and back. The hotel needs some maintenance, it is showing it's age. However, all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, for a much lower price than other places. The 'beach' in front of this hotel is not for swimming; kamala is a 5 minute drive.

Our room was great with the pool access and view. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good.
The bed and pillow was kind of hard and uncomfortable. The fittings and furniture is old dated in the room. So price wise I expected better

Nature and comfort cleanliness …
The beach was closed due to renovation
