Nettes Hotel mit Esslinger Atmosphäre

Modern ausgestattet, sauber, freundliche Angestellte

Das ich nicht die Möglichkeit hatte, die Sauna zu nutzen und keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit. Das Hotel hatte geschlossen. Es wurde zwar direkt mitgeteilt, jedoch hätte ich kleines Entgegenkommen gewünscht. Z.B. kostenfreie Nutzung der Zimmerbar oder einen Preiserlass, aufgrund der außergewöhnlichen Situation

Pachtige sauna, infrarood en zwembad. Vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie en beveiligde, overdekte garage.

Er valt in de onmiddellijke buurt niet veel te beleven (restaurants, etc....)

Zum Übernachten sehr gut. Für ein Essen sollte man sich was anderes GÖNNEN

Die Rezeption war sehr nett und Kompetent besetzt. Die Dame war sehr zuvorkommend und Nett. Zimmer wie letztes Jahr 1a.

Das Hotel hatte leider immer noch wegen Karneval eine reduzierte Speisekarte. Was wohl auch beim Küchenpersonal so war. Meine Vorspeise musste 3x zurück in die Küche, weil der " Koch" nicht in der Lage war Gambas al Ajillo zuzubereiten. Ohne Öl 6 Garnelen kalt zu servieren ist schon frech. Das reklamierte Essen (die Gleichen Garnelen) dann etwas wärmer ohne Beilage zu servieren ist dilettantisch. Und dann die gleichen Garnelen mittlerweile tot getragen wieder diesmal mit Beilagen zu servieren ist die Krönung. Das Hauptgericht einen Cheeseburger tot zu braten und den Paddy dafür kaltlassen. War dann der Abschluss eines Abendessens. Das Essen meiner Frau waren so weit ok. Da kalte Vorspeise und ein Steak, was aber auch nur lauwarm war. Alles in allen ein Abendessen zum Davon laufen.

Parkeren onder het hotel en gratis zwembad en sauna en fitness. Kamer is niets op aan te merken

Voor het overigens uitstekend ontbijt moet je even 10 m naar buiten. Klein beetje koud.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Wellnessbereich

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und bieten eine angenehme und wohnliche Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist zwar außerhalb von Esslingen, aber mit einem Linienbus im halbstündigen Takt sehr gut zu erreichen.

Die Abwicklung beim Frühstück war verbesserungsbedürftig. Obwohl nach einer gewünschten Frühstückszeit gefragt wurde mussten wir 5 Minuten warten bis uns eine Frau einen Platz zugewiesen hat. Beim Auschecken wollte die Rezeptionistin ein Frühstück abrechnen, welches wir weder angemeldet, noch zu uns genommen haben. Bei 2 x 16 € ist das ganz schön unverschämt.

Very good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The offered massages were excellent and not too pricey.

It was advertised with bathrobes and slippers. We received bathrobes after asking for it, but slippers were not available. The restaurant was closed due to summer break, which could be better communicated beforehand.

Nice hotel near airport

Nice property but rooms weren’t equipped with AC and I had to pay 20 Euro for early check in even though the room was ready and I was only about 45-50 minutes early.

It's a noy so good for a relaxing time....

It was really clean and good staff in the restaurant and amazing breakfast. Staff was really helpful and welcome.

Reseptionist in the evening was very angry and not welcome 🧐🧐🧐😖😖😖😖. We came at 23.00 and he was not really happy.... Check out 11.00???🧐🧐🧐 really???? I was staying in a lot of hotel in the world but never had bad experience like that..... We pay for a 24 hours and stay there only 12🤨🤨🤨 We have only 1 pillows for 2 persons and only towel for the 1 person and we could not ask more because no phone in the room and reception was closed at 22. o'clock. Me friend went from 4th country to teach there and he could not relax and sweeming pool only from 05 p.m. till 09.00 PM.... We take this hotel only because of the swimming pool and we didn't even try it....It's not good for big amoud... Next time I will choose some other hotel with beetter service....

It was really clean and staff in the restaurant was helpful and welcome. Breakfast was really good.

Reception lady in the evening was very angry and not welcome because we came at 23.00 Check out at 11.a.m. really???🧐🧐🧐 I had experience to stay in many hotels in the world but I don't have experience like this.... My friend crossed 4 country to get there and this facility make him very angry. We take this hotel because of the swimming pool and we could not use it because it's only from 05 p.m till 09 p.m..... Next time we will use some other hotel....

Give your staff a raise

The staff really makes up for everything else that's not the best. The management here should know how much this means! The food and amenities and facilities were all amazing as they are every time.

The TVs are bad, and have 50 German programs and no connection to WiFi or mirroring possibilities. Complete useless if you're not German. At the same time, the schedule of the pool, gym and saunas is bad, since you can only use them until 9 PM. WiFi is also quite bad, all our laptops see the connection as unsecured so we couldn't connect at all.

Good place, could be better

The hotel was generally very nice! The staff was always helpful, and the breakfast was exquisite every morning (definitely have breakfast!). The rooms were clean and spacious and well organised and had everything you needed.

I was quite disappointed to find out that the gym and pool are not available 24/7 or at least for longer periods of time, not just 5 PM to 9 PM. You also have to book in advance to use the sauna, which is weird as it's next to the pool. Not to mention the spa, where I could only book a spot the day I was leaving. The TV is also unusable unless you're German, as I couldn't even find CNN or BBC World.

Not a hotel that deserves 4 star rating on booking.com

I didn't have a good impression right from the check in. Hotel wifi doesn't connect to the laptop. They say firewall issue from my company. But my company says nothing like that. No one available to fix the issue. I didn't have a breakfast. They still charged me for that. I said i'm not having breakfast that morning, but they wanted one day advanced notice. How will i know today if i'm going to skip breakfast tomorrow? Very unfriendly staff. Bathroom is very congested. Shower box too..

bad experience this time Esslingen.

the bed was bigger thanks queen bed and there was only one pillow I asked the reception I need another pillow as I can’t sleep fully flat, she was very rude and said you booked for one person and I said yes it is only me but I need another pillow, she gave me a pillow at the end. I stayed in this hotel tow times before and that is why I booked this third time, they have changed unfortunately. this is the last time I book with them Tschüss Neo Hotel Linde

Highly recommended!

Great place to stay in the Stuttgart arera - quiet, large and clean rooms, good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant deserves a separate line - not only the food was fabolous (steaks!!), but the service despite the place being fully loaded was very nice and professional.

Great hotel.

Rooms are clean and nice., good shower, rooms where small but everything what you need is there. We had the cheapest room, and it was fine. Beds are comfortable and have good matrasses .the spa was also clean nice and enjoyable.

Restaurant was closed.instead we went to roslle a small local restaurant with traditional German food. It was still great and 700 meters from the hotel..
