Great location, superb value for me
The entrance staircase is not a lovely, welcoming place, which gives misgivings, but the studio itself was excellent
4.0
Convenient location in centre of town.
On street noise on Saturday night.

Location
We arrived with another couple and had access to one room , not two
No milk in the room
Poor selection of tea/coffee
Bed was very small and very uncomfortable
The pillow ( one of) wasn’t worth having !
One set of towels for two people ?
Car parking unavailable ( we did know this when we booked) car park a short walk away from the property
4.0
Good location, well maintained.
It was noisy in the evening (doors closing/slamming from elsewhere in the entrance stairwell) and in the morning (what sounded like roadworks, so no fault of the accommodation there).
I know this property is advertised as not having a TV, but it is such a basic expectation in any hotel/motel/b&b/etc. that it was the main creature comfort that could have made the difference between a good stay and a great stay.
5.0
Excellent stay, very well kitted-out and was pleasantly surprised with kitchenette facilities. Very comfortable and modern, very clean. Booked my next stay while I was there!
Couldn't work out the heating so got a little warm... Also while it was relatively quiet and other guests were considerate, you can hear through walls a little so recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The room stunk of drains / rotten eggs - our friends room was the same
3.5
Good location. Very comfortable with easy access. Bed very comfortable and shower excellent.
No condiments, no egg cups,no dishcloths or paper towels. These were basics I would expect in any apartment offering cooking facilities. Maybe something the owner might consider.
3.0
Central location.
Spacious room.
Broken blind in room
Entrance area a bit scruffy.
Room code failed on day 2 without notice.
No TV
5.0
Clean and modern right on the high street
Nothing to dislike
4.0
Location, clean & simple check in & to gain access.
No TV.

Location was excellent
Would prefer key code information 24 hours in advance not on the day
It was very noisy as occupant in neighbouring flats were drinking all night and talking loudly. The man locked himself out of the room and was banging on the door. They didn’t shut up until 7am
Blinds were broken and only 1 cup was provided

The lady I spoke to was very helpful..pleasant and understanding!
Problem sorted like no trouble.
Well, you know. I was visiting my family member in a local nursing home, very stressed. It was a surprise..they are in final days, after a long journey we just wanted to drop bags and go..

Location
Communication re door codes and studio number poor- the email should be more specific re which door code was which and the number of the studio. Several emails and a phone call to owner
Thankfully my son managed to find the info eventually
Only 1 mug in studio so we had to take turns having a hot drink
1 pillow each not enough

No breakfast; no tea/coffee facilities. Key- pad to the room did not work. The blind, supposedly fixed, broke. the window did not lock; it had a flat roof immediately beneath it. there was 1 comfortable chair. the other wa sa bar-stool.

Studio 3
Had to contact property owners twice.
Smoke alarm In room was beeping.
Window opens onto flat roof space. accessible via fire door which people routinely use to access roof. Window lock broken therefore anyone could go onto roof space and access my room. Requested this fixed due to security/safety issues.
Prompt at fixing both issues though.
Moved two overfilled wheelie bins of rubbish that were parked on roof right outside window. Not the most pleasant view!
Blind on window also needs fixing, preferably replacing, as it's very worse for wear. Room is overlooked so blind down perpetually so room in darkness.
I think "studio apartment' is a little misleading. Bedsit would be more appropriate . Very expensive for a room with a teeny kitchenette in it & ensuite. My idea of apartment is separate kitchen space and small lounge area.
Tired, dark and dingy. .
Bed comfy and shower good.

No tv

Location, clean, quiet
No television which I couldn't believe! Apparently it was in the room description which sadly I didn't read. I felt it was overpriced.

Beautiful clean room

Good location in the middle of leamington
Small. More of a room with sink, microwave and electric oven than an apartment
3.5
Location middle of town but not too far from free parking.
Towns youths were noisy on Saturday night. TV might have been nice. Teas, coffee, sugar might have been nice.

No toilet roll!

Good quality accomodation. No issue parking in car park opposite the apartment.
Would stay again

Middle of Leamington Spa. (Very) new fixtures and fittings.
Having two numerical entry codes (one into the building and the another into the apartment) is just silly. If you forget your phone and don't have them written and on your person, it is an overnight stay away (it was for me, but I did eventually find a nice hotel which I am staying in). The smell of paint was overpowering and the apartment far too warm- how does one change the heating settings without instructions. Too cramped (i.e. cosy), too many stairs to climb. On street parking is the usual for Leamington Spa town centre.

The location
No tv, bed was uncomfortable people coming and going all night. Stairs were very steep. Didn't see any staff.
4.0
Lovely stylish apartment, clean, fresh, comfortable & in a great location.
No TV, we like to put it on when we're getting ready to go out but it wasn't a big disappointment
Had to buy tea, milk and sweeteners, some apartments we've stayed at before have a complementary welcome pack
