The upper level features three bedrooms, including the first room that faces backyard, second room that faces front yard and feature an office desk each. The third room is a small room facing the front yard and comes with a laptop table. There is a bathroom on the upper level for the guests' convenience.
On the lower level, you'll find an entertainment room with big windows, letting in plenty of natural light and providing a great view of the front yard. There are two additional bedrooms on this level, including the fourth room facing the backyard with an office desk, and the fifth room with an office desk, and a bathroom next to it.
The backyard is a true outdoor oasis, complete with a large wooden patio and comfortable patio furniture, a beautiful stone fire pit, and a BBQ grill for cooking up delicious meals. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun, relax in the shade of the ancient Silver Maple tree, or gather around the fire with your colleagues, friends and family, our backyard has everything you need.
Our home has the seating capacity to accommodate your big family or work gatherings comfortably. And the location couldn't be more convenient! We're located just a 5-minute walk from Fanshawe College and a short 10-minute drive to downtown. It's also just a 15-minute drive to Western University and a 5-minute drive to Argyle Mall. Plus, you're just a short walk from all the amenities you could need, including Starbucks, Dairy Queen, Harvey's, Firehouse Subs, Pizza Nova, Tim Hortons, A&W, Shoppers Drug Mart, Scotiabank, Walmart, No Frills, and other commercial units.
