For context, I'm a former Marietta resident, so I know the area well. I knew this was an old house when I rented it and set expectations accordingly.
Pros: Overall, it's a decent place and priced on par with hotels in the area so it's nice to have a separate bedrooms and a space to spread out. The water pressure is great and master bathroom is spacious.
Cons: This is a pet friendly property and there was poop on the sunroom floor and hair throughout the house, accumulated in the corners and adhered to the couches and all the rugs. I am a pet owner myself so I understand pet hair, but this was excessive. I would not recommend walking barefoot on any of the rugs and we had to put a blanket over the couch so we didn't have to use a lint roller to remove all the hair after sitting down. It also just needs a deep cleaning in general and looks better if you keep the lights off. :)
The property manager/owner was very quick in response and had the cleaners come back out after relaying this information but the only difference I noticed was one of the couches was vacuumed better and the hair on the floor in the kitchen was removed. Hair still stuck to my feet walking across rugs and there was still a lot of hair on the main living room couch. Overall, it's a decent place and would recommend *if* you're traveling with pets. If you are not and have young children who might crawl on the floor, this is likely not the place for you.

Located REALLY close to downtown Marietta, it was convenient. Drove to Atlanta for a concert which wasn't too far. My friends we stayed with are country people and I'm a city guy, so this was a good compromise. Everything worked just fine and communicating with the owners was easy.
