Nice place. Excellent access for beach fishing and also fishing the ICWW.

AC did not work. Had to go to hotel. Place was well kept and great views just no AC. Awaiting refund for 2 of 3 nights.

Our stay was great, it could have been better though had the weather cooperated but that is something you cant control it was just a little too cold at times. Outside of the cold this place is awsome and we are already planning a trip back to enjoy it when it warms up. You get a little off everthing the tranquility, clean sea breeze, stars at night. Then you have the beach on one side where my daughters had a blast walking and finding sea shells. On the other side the ICW with a private lighted dech to fish to your hearts content. Caught a couple Big Uglies and got to watch some cool ships pass. This is certainly a place to experince and we highly recommend it.

Was an amazing stay, great service!!! The beach on one side and the intercoastal on the other. Can't beat that. Ended up with bad surf for fishing but just fished the dock behind. Thank you for the great stay

Great communication with the host if we had questions he answered very quickly and helped to make are stay go great you can’t ask for a better location if you want to relax and enjoy great views we got so many blue crabs and fishing was good too everything you need is there

Top notch beach camping. Clean, cold a/c, great master bed, plenty of hot water. Remote bathroom was hot during the day, but the outdoor shower was a blast (get it?).
Plenty of fish, sun, shade and lots of ocean breezes. Great place to get away from it all.

Well we got there and everything was as advertised. Ac was running but not very effective.
I am used to wherever I stay at VRBO not having to
1) bring my own towels
2) have half a roll of
3) toilet backing up…. Because the RV tanks had not been emptied .
So it was warm at nite and smelled bad for 2 nites.
I have my own 35 foot fifth wheel so I knew how to empty the tanks …. But someone should have attended to that prior to a booking.
Found the trash bags outside finally.
Sorry …. Nice place , had a great time but was not overly impressed.

Location is great, but the a/c doesn’t blow in the two rooms on the ends only in the living/kitchen area. Something we have never experienced staying in campers that usually ice you out, the breaker kept flipping often which I read in a previous post assuming the issue was fixed by the time we had our reservation…

Just 25 yards to the pier on the ICW, 75 yards to the water on the beach at low tide. Great location. Among the many sailcats and others caught from the pier, I also brought in a 38" bull red, a 6' stingray, a 42" black drum, and about 25 blue crabs, 15 of legal size and the rest were bait. If you're not bothered by the space restrictions of an RV, then this is the place to go to fish and play on the beach, but who spends all their time inside on a trip like this...

Timely/sufficient communication was lacking, before/during stay. I'm limited to 1500 characters, I'll bullet point.
*You can't go "#2" in RV, not revealed until day before stay.
*Electricity went out multiple times for normal things, like plugging in fryer/putting away groceries in fridge. We'd have to turn everything off (lights/AC) to do normal stuff.
The longest outage was 2 hours bc I used the microwave. No instructions in the RV = confusion & sweating while waiting for owner to call back.
*Tub filled w/ 3 inches of sewer water on 2nd (our last) night. Hubs got it to drain due to background knowledge on RVs. If hubs didn't know that, we would've had to leave at midnight and drive home 2 hours. I cleaned it after it drained so we could take showers.
*Son's bunk collapsed in the middle of night on the last night. He's 175 lbs, weight limit on sign is 275.
*Sargent Beach is dirty, don't expect Surfside/Crystal. Not owner's fault but note this depending on your goals.
*Yes, mosquitos are awful, no matter how well you come prepared. Beach is better than ICW side. Not owner's fault. It's called nature.
To sum: Spotty communication beforehand, first night communication was good, second day communication went to crap & we contacted vrbo. Instruction manual in RV is desperately needed as is routine maintenance on RV. Breaker/plug to RV is fried (we have pics), the backup of "sewer" water is a health risk, the indicator light in the RV read that it was full.

The property was as expected except the yard really needed to be mowed. Mosquitos were horrible in the grass. Instruction book for trailer would be helpful.

we enjoyed the stay

The property is in a great location having access to both the bay and the beach. It rained off and on during our stay but we were still able to get out and walk the beach. We even took the Jeep for a drive down the beach. As suggested by another review you need to make sure and bring everything you need with you because stores are not close. I don’t know if it is all the time but during our stay the mosquitos were out for the feasting. The Owner did let us know on our way in that if there is no wind then Bug Spray is recommended. Having access to the Outhouse with a spare bathroom and shower was nice since there was 4 of us staying in the camper.

This place was amazing! The pictures don’t do justice. You have the beach all to yourself which that was a plus for us having two little ones. Trailer has a huge yard and a doc in the backyard Where you can fish or just layout and relax and watch The sunsets. Josh was a great communicator throughout our entire stay.
My only recommendations is to be prepared when it comes to food. Bring your groceries because the closes store for groceries is roughly 35min to 45min out. so trust me once’s your at this spot you don’t want to drive anywhere you just want to set back and relax. Overall it was a great time out with my family and the host was very nice and responsive.
