TWO identical houses next door to each other for your family reunion or corporate retreat. Each house has 3 King bedrooms with ensuite baths and a bunkroom with twin beds for 6.
Easy beach access! Each house comes with fenced in private HEATED pool, a six seater gas golf cart, room for plenty of guests and grill! The beach is 3/4 mile away so you can pack gear and people on the golf cart and be there is less than 5 minutes! Shopping, restaurants, bars, and fishing are all less than a mile away! This is the perfect get away place. Spacious, well equipped kitchen with granite counters, lots of cabinets and storage open to living and dining area with high ceilings. Tile flooring throughout.
This listing is for TWO houses together. We have 3 houses all located next door to each other. If you are planning a family reunion or corporate retreat, you can rent 2 or all 3 houses to accommodate a large gathering.
The Old Town area of Port Aransas is a favorite with guests due to the walkable location to some of the best restaurants in Port A! It's also walkable to many entertaining hot spots for nightlife and great shopping. It's still very close to the beach as well. You'll find this to be the best location in town!
PLEASE NOTE:
Rates quoted are for up to 8 guests per house and the occupancy limit for each house is 12 guests. Each house is set up to comfortably accommodate three adult couples and some kids. All people regardless of age count as guests. If the guest count you provide is inaccurate, your charges will be adjusted accordingly upon check-in.
The front steps and driveways and pool equipment and garages are covered by security cameras which are recorded anytime motion is detected.
Internet service is provided by Spectrum - we provide the highest speed we can buy, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime as it is beyond our control on the island. If internet access is absolutely critical to your stay, please bring a hotspot or have a backup plan, as there are no refunds for internet outages.
Check in Time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
Guest Access: Guests will be able to use entire space except locked closets. The garage is for golf carts only.
STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.
We heat the pool Nov 1 to Mar 31 to 90 degrees. Heating to higher temperatures and other times can be arranged for a fee. The pools are serviced twice a week and will require occasional closures to allow chemicals to dissipate. This is usually no more than a couple hours. There are no refunds for occasional pool closures for cleaning, repairs or maintenance, or if pool temperature is undesirable.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks. If you see anything let us know and they will be at the property ASAP.
No animals allowed. $1000 pet cleaning fee will be charged if animals are anywhere on the property including outdoors.
Our properties all have noise monitors installed. Notifications will be sent to the primary renter if noise exceeds legal limits for more than ten minutes.
If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $500 fee may be charged to the guest and will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.
NOTE: Golf Cart usage is included but is subject to a separate agreement and you must text your driver's license and proof of insurance to us before you operate our cart.
$1,500.00 Security Deposit will be collected by host prior to giving access instructions.

Great size, loved the extra bathrooms, having 2 pools. Couldn’t have asked for better. Plus the items on hand were of great help.

Everything was perfect. Both units stocked well with essentials needed for a great vacation. Communication was spot on and very timely. We definitely will be looking for a return trip here first.
