We enjoyed the house, it fit us all comfortably. The only thing we had an issue with was the AC. The AC was really cold in the living room but the back rooms didn’t get any air and it got stifling and so hot with my little 3 year old

Short drive to Disneyland, and grocery stores. The hosts left our favorite drinks in the fridge to have while we stayed which was so nice. We had plenty of room to spread out. The tv in the master bedroom wasn’t working when we arrived and the hosts promptly got it looked at and replaced. There were plenty of dishes and towels. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here with our children, their grandparents and parents. It was a nice 6 night stay in a comfortable home from the long days at the beach and parks. We all had a good time.

The house was nice and clean. Very close to Disney. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was friendly, prompt and efficient. They were very responsive and quickly fixed an issue we encountered. Overall this is a great house to stay in.

Our family of 4 stayed for a week. Place is nicely equipped. There were way more beds that we anticipated. We only used one of the 5 beds in the guest room.

We planned a family trip to Anaheim, family of five plus two grandparents. This property was perfect place to start and end a day. When booking the photo of the backyard caught my attention. Something about a well taken care of lawn gave me peace. The hosts were awesome and quick to communicate with. This stay was one of the best I’ve had. I would love to stay here again and I would quickly recommended to anyone looking for THE place. We did visit Disneyland, it was about a 10-minute drive to the Toy Story parking lot. They have a grocery store about 1-minute away. The beds were comfy and the kids loved the bunk beds room. Yes, yes, yes! This is a good one!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great for the family and very well stocked with needs, which is important when traveling with little ones. Jessica even stocked the fridge with our favorite drinks, including juice boxes for the kids. Wonderful! Thank you! And location was very convenient. Oh, and the backyard is great too.

Very lovely property. 6 of us and there was still extra room for more. About 10 minutes from Disney. A lot of restaurants and stores near by. No complaints!

Our family enjoyed staying here for many reasons. Disneyland, Disney Downtown, and the Gardenwalk (which has a cool escape room) are an easy 10 minute drive. Since we travel relatively "heavy", we appreciated that the one story house was easy to load and unload from the driveway, and even the kids could help. The place was well though out. The big screen TV in the living room already has an HDMI cable sticking out, so it is easy to stream movies from your laptop. Also there is a USB outlet at the same location for charging phones. The kitchenware and cookware were of the highest quality and quantity that we've seen, possibly ever. But perhaps most relevant, we had one unusual inquiry for the homeowners. Terry cheerfully went above and beyond to take care of our situation and make our stay comfortable. In fact, the whole time he was cheerful and pleasant to work with. I would happily stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, all amenities listed and more. Nice grass area for the young kids to run around. Large dining table to eat together. Friendly and responsive host. Rainfall showerhead had some intense water pressure. We were there during an unusually rainy weekend. Could have used a mud room. Windowsills can use a wipe down. Overall, convenient for our Disneyland trip.

Not as close to Disney as we were hoping but the stay was nice and our needs were met. We were hoping to walk but definitely not walking distance with littles. Overall it was a nice experience and great for the price.

This pkace was everything & more stated in the description. My adult children & grandchildren loved it. My sis & her son loved it. The openness of the layout inside was great everyone was close enough to socialize & far enough to be by themselves if they wanted. The girls loved the backyard very open . The location was very secure neighbors were very nice & overall amazing experience. The one thing that I would of liked was to us the amazing bbq so if your staying please utilize this feature there is a huge table outside for everyone to enjoy..If I need to stay in Ca. in the future I’m staying here again. Again thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your home. Clean bedrooms bathrooms & towels & toiletries provided & much much more..

We thoroughly enjoyed the home. It was beautiful and accommodating! Loved the orange, lemon and lime trees! Very nice interior design but the lighting above the dining table did not work and cables were not plugged in for the television, which took awhile to figure out. Also, we were surprised that there was an attached living quarters where someone lived. They did not have any access to the area we stayed in or to the back yard, just the driveway and their entry/front porch area was gated off. Overall the owners were very cool, no stress at all and the price was fantastic. It was very nice to have drinks of our choice offered and provided!

We had a great time at the property. The house was clean and very well maintained. The large bunk bed room was AWESOME for our kids and gave them space to spread out. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Great yard space without a pool so you dont have to be on guard 100% of the time the kids were back there. The location was prime! Great food options nearby, and the drive to Disneyland was only 5 minutes in the mornings. Finally this may seem like a small thing... but the drinks in the fridge was a very nice touch, and the water pressure in the showers was great after a long day in the parks! Thanks for having our family at your property.

Safe and peaceful neighborhood, nice place, love the set up of the living spaces specially the kitchen! Host is very accommodating and we also enjoyed the fruits(guava, clementines and lemons). Our group was very comfortable! We will definitely rent this place again if we decide to have a mini bonding get together in Orange County!

For the 11 of us it was a bit tight, but enough space for the kids to get some wiggles out in-between days at Disneyland. The only inaccuracy was the desk in the bunk room was actually a twin bed, which was great for our stay!!

A big thank you to Jessica & Terry for their hospitality! Our party really enjoyed our stay, especially the amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags and condiments so that we did not need to bring or purchase full-sizes. These little things definitely elevated our visit. The venue was clean including bedding and towels. The location was good in terms of major artery access and distance to the Disney property. Thank you!

This property was lovely! Very clean, rooms were well arranged. The furniture was great for hosting and it was useful and simple even with our 20 month old wanting to explore. The king sized mattress was very soft and comfortable. They supplied our favorite beverage which was a nice touch. The backyard was well kept. Two parking spaces on driveway was good because my sister's family and I both stayed here. We saw a high chair, umbrella stroller and pack n play ready if you are traveling with a little one. Basic amenities like laundry soap and bathroom supplies are available.

My family and I were very happy with our stay. We were here to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday and needed homes to a comodare 15 of us. We rented this home as well as Jessica and Terry’s other home located kitty-corner to this one. Jessica and Terry were great with communication. My brother and his family arrived earlier than expected and Jessica and Terry were gracious enough to allow them To check-in early. The house was clean, the beds very comfortable, and all amenities we used worked (I.e. washer, dryer, coffeemaker…)! I have had horrible experience with this in the past with other VRBO and ARBNB’s. Terry and Jessica were very quick with responses and having a beverage of our choice waiting for us at each of the homes was a thoughtful gesture. Travel to Disneyland was a quick and easy 10-ish minute Uber ride. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at this cute house! It was exactly what we needed and everyone was so comfortable. The kids in our group kept saying they wished they lived here. Check in and out was very simple. The property managers were so kind and went above and beyond what we expected. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Good stay. place was clean. Kitchen was stocked with cooking necessities. Beds okay. Showers have good water pressure. Soaps and toilet paper stocked up. Place was very clean and it was a super plus. Few things I didnt like: Lock code had to be reused since the app wasnt working to change code to my preferred number, back door lock is a stick, main door should have a chain or somesort of positive locking system. Master bedroom light switch was broken. Something that didnt bother me but should be known: the house has ankther rental located behind it with no access to main house, but it does share some walls with the home.
