About this apartment rental
This is how London should be experienced – right in the thick of it in a charming townhouse apartment on a leafy street. Your neighbourhood is the well-heeled Bloomsbury where golden-bricked townhouses line the pavements and Russell Square, the British Museum and an endless selection of restaurants and bars in Covent Garden are all just a short walk away. Charles Dickens lived just up the street and you can visit his childhood home turned museum in a matter of minutes.
Inside, big Georgian windows are the focus of the living room where two velvet sofas await to take a load off after seeing the sights. The open living, kitchen and dining room is all style with gallery-white walls keeping things feeling bright. When it comes to hitting the hay, a sprawling king-size bed leads to sound sleep, and the original fireplace in the bedroom is a reminder of the home’s roots in the past.
Home truths:
*At capacity, two guests will be on the sofa bed in the living room
*This is a basement flat so you'll need to climb down a set of stairs to reach the entrance
*Parking in central London can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport where possible – though we think the best way to see the city is on foot
*Though there isn't a dedicated desk here, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace
*You'll have your own private entrance here
