Liked the quiet location good to ride a motorcycle and get around without Pattaya traffic scene.pool and living space really nice. Kitchen and dining nice could use more seating around the pool.
The trash pickup was terrible and wild dogs would pull garbage out of the bins there for 5 days and there was garbage on the street. A few broken boards on the deck was dangerous. The top master bath air con not working. And it was tough for one unit to keep the space cool
Mosquito at times. A few lights not working in the kitchen made it a bit difficult to work.oven a bit tricky to work and no directions to use microwave. No access to the beach from the street. Need a gate at the end and ßome stairs going out to the south side. Some more welcome mats on the pool deck to help with water being brought into the house. No handle on the doors entertaining the entertainment pool table room.So a few details to be taken care of the biggest issue is a gate at the beach area and some stairs to the right.so guests don't have to walk the street and be harassed by cars and wild dogs.for homes that are 25 million bhat it would be more comfortable to access the beach area safely.the front of the complex is nice but a gate and a guard are no longer there?????? COVID is over and it's time to step up and think about bringing people back with a safe inviorment. I would rent for several weeks if some details were addressed.my email is [email protected] hope to hear from you and see some changes to the private villa community.photos are the best.Hope to see you for the month of April in 2025 Sawadee pee Mai Krup.

The overall house is so nice with many facilities! You don't need to prepare everything excluding seasoning for private cooking. It's so private and suitable to relax with your group of friends or family. Nice choice!
