We are situated in a calm and secure area with ample on-street parking. Restaurants, stores, and public transportation are all conveniently close to our in-law apartment, making it simple to experience everything the neighborhood has to offer.
The bedroom features a comfortable double-sized bed with soft linens and comfortable pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is fully equipped with all the essentials, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The living room is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a smart TV for your entertainment needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare meals at home. A table is also available, making it easy to enjoy meals together.
One of the highlights of our in-law unit is the private washer and dryer, which are available exclusively for your use. No need to worry about finding a laundromat or carrying your laundry around—you can easily do it all in the comfort of your own space. • No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including on balconies or patios. Any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty fee of $500.
• No parties/events: We have a strict no-party and no-event policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Failure to follow the rules will result to a penalty fee of $500.
• No pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Failure to follow the rules will result to a penalty fee of $500
• Quiet hours: From 10:00PM to 8:00AM. We want to ensure that all of our guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay, which is why we enforce quiet hours. We kindly ask that during this time, you keep noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and our neighbors. These homes are built with walls and doors for the purpose to separate space and provide privacy and they are not sound proof. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making everyone's stay enjoyable.
• Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the property is two. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.
• This unit has hard-surface floor and is attached to another guest unit. Please be considerate of noise level leave your shoes at the door or wear soft sole shoes or slippers.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay, and may be charged for the cost of repairs or replacements.
• Please treat our home with care and respect, and report any damages or issues immediately.
• Please conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.
• The following additional items are provided by the host for a 7-day supply: The guest needs to replenish on their own for the remainder of their stay.

Safety and Security:
• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure that the main entrance is securely closed at all times.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
• The property will be cleaned before your arrival.
• Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay, and report any spills or damages to avoid permanent stains or further damages.
• Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in designated areas and following any recycling or waste disposal guidelines. Blue/Gray Bin = recycle, Brown=garbage, Green=compost. Trash bins need to be on curbside by Wednesdays' night for Thursdays' service.
Electricity Usage:
• Please avoid using multiple high-energy appliances simultaneously, such as heaters, microwaves, electric stoves and other high-voltage appliances. This can help prevent overloading the electrical system and ensure stable power supply.
• Please remember to turn off lights, fans, and other electronics when not in use to conserve energy. Additionally, please refrain from leaving appliances on standby mode or charging devices overnight to avoid unnecessary electricity consumption.
• If you notice any electrical issues or disruptions, such as tripped circuit breakers or power outages, please inform us immediately so that we can address them promptly.
• Do not tamper with electrical outlets, switches, or circuit breakers. Avoid using damaged or frayed cords or plugs. If you have any questions or concerns about electrical safety, please reach out to us for assistance.
Housekeeping:
• We do not provide daily housekeeping service, but fresh linens and towels will be provided upon arrival.
• We provide one bath towel and one hand towel per guest, and each guest is responsible for their own makeup towel. Guests may request an additional towel for an additional charge.
• $2 per bath towel.

• A guest will be charged if a stain cannot be washed out.

Toilet Usage:
