I traveled with my husband and 3 kids from almost 6 hours away to stay in this home. My parents joined us along with two of my brothers, one of my sister-in-laws and their dog. There was the perfect amount of space for us to spread out at night but be together during the day. We spent most of our time in the kitchen or the pool! Our hosts were so responsive and accommodating! The house truly had everything we could possibly need and then some! The cover for the pool was a great added safety feature that put my dad at ease when we weren’t in the pool. But I do have to say, hands down, my favorite part about this stay was the wildlife! I was not aware of the peacocks that live on the street prior to our arrival! They frequently joined us in the backyard while we swam or had coffee or grilled. We loved watching them sooo much! We would go on nightly walks to get a closer view of them as they prepared to roost for the evening. Plus all the ducks, geese, water turtles, bunnies, squirrels and lizards, we were never bored! We had such an amazing stay and will forever remember this trip and this house!

We stayed here to visit with family that lived in town. My granddaughter called the house a castle when we pulled up. There was PLENTY of space for our group of 6 adults, 3 kids, and a newborn. Every detail was considered, and the kitchen had everything you could ever think of needing and more. The home is beautiful, the pool was wonderful! The peacocks were amazing as well, they have no fear of people and would come within a foot. We will definitely stay here again if we have a family gathering again!

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our oldest's college graduation. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but literally minutes from shops, restaurants, and roads to get you anywhere in greater DFW easily.The house is well appointed and comfortable and met the needs of everyone from little kids to grandparents. There is enough space to spread out and various common areas to gather together and enjoy the company. The outdoor space is stunning and wowed everyone. The pond is a habitat for a variety of birds, turtles, bunnies, frogs, and fish. Just sitting and waiting for something to walk or fly by was highly entertaining. The patio and pool are designed for chilling out, and we even enjoyed sitting under the covered area during a spring rain. We were all incredibly relaxed and happy, which is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a place to hold a small and intimate wedding, that our out of town guest could stay at, would be big enough to accommodate about 35 guest for the wedding and reception, and this place DELIVERED!! We wanted a winter themed wedding, so we decorated the covered patio area with lighted spruce trees, and fairy lights and tons of candles!!!! The homeowners let us use some canvas tarps to enclose the patio, which was also heated, and we had no problem adding 30 chairs with room to spare!!! It was beautiful, romantic and intimate with all our favorite people!! And the house???? It was stunning!! This place has a fantastic gourmet kitchen, 2 living areas, eat in kitchen and separate dining and 5 bedrooms and enough bathrooms that there was never a line to get in!!!!!! Everything was clean, they had some basic pantry items for us to use and it was decorated tastefully with comfy sofas, comfy beds and more!!! And for those who can't sleep without noise, all of the bedrooms had tv's. It also had a fantastic yard with a huge amazing pool area!! Too cold now but we hope to go back in the summer to enjoy a long weekend!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again!!!! Well done to the homeowners!!!! You made our little wedding very special, and we can't thank you enough!!! Worth every cent spent!!!! To all you future guests, You will love this place!!!!! Enjoy!!!! The Brit and The Yank

Our group of 8 friends adored the house, pool and comfortable sleeping accommodations. It worked perfect for us and appreciated all the thoughtful touches like the fire pit, kitchen for cooking, comfy seating areas, speakers and floaties by the pool for ultimate relaxation. The AC worked great and Beth was such a helpful host. Extra perk, there were peacocks in the neighborhood and ducks in the pond next to the house, such a pretty yard and neighborhood! The security cameras on the perimeter helped us feel safe and were appreciated as well. We would love to stay again when in the Dallas area!

I had an amazing stay at this house. It is a beautiful home that makes you feel like you are at home with all of the extras and personal touches. The pool is wonderful and the outdoor kitchen was great to cook on. I loved seeing the peacocks too, what a fun experience. You have to stay here!
