My family and I (group of 6) stayed at Narrow’s Nest in late July/early August of 2024. We thoroughly enjoyed our seven-night stay. We had a few questions at the beginning of our stay and we found Kat to be very communicative & she responded quickly.
Our group of two senior-aged couples & 2 of our adult children loved the variety of spaces available at Narrow’s Nest. There was plenty of room to gather as a group, and nooks here and there to spend some time alone or in smaller groups.
The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and we also made good use of the gas grill on the balcony/deck. The outdoor space was pleasant and it was fun to take turns in the hammock.
We also took advantage of the washer and dryer — so convenient! The location of the home was advantageous for us as we were visiting with family who lived nearby. Thanks, Kat, for such a great experience!

The house was large and cozy with a nice view. There were 10 in our party and plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. The house has great parking. Our host Kat was very responsive. Our group would defiantly stay here again. Thank you Kat for sharing your home!

This property was great for an extended family stay. We really enjoyed the game room and yard. We also loved watching the sunsets. The location is close to several restaurants and breweries. Be sure to check out nearby Narrows brewing for a great charcuterie board, games and amazing sunset views. Property would be five stars except that it could use a little updating in the kitchens and bathrooms, but I would still recommend a stay here!

Great place to meet and gather. We created a spectacular seafood meal from fresh catch at the Fish Market in Seattle. We had everything we needed

Was in town for a weekend with a large group of friends, and Katrina's place was just perfect. It serves as a great crash pad/downtime hangout spot. The house was just as described, and had everything we could ask for. Very thoughtfully appointed space. Katrina was very easy to communicate with, gave clear instructions, and was very helpful with any questions we had. Couldn't ask for more!

We really enjoyed our stay at this facility. The first thing to mention is how clean and up to date everything was. It was always a pleasure to walk into the door knowing everything was impeccable. Secondly, it was a true pleasure to interact with Kat, the property manager, who was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this facility to anyone interested in visiting the area.

We visited the area for a family week. The house was chosen because of the number of people it would accommodate and the proximity to other family living there. It worked out well. Tacoma has many free parks that are great for kids, and we also enjoyed Wild Waves and a trip to Olympic National Park.
The host was generous... providing a wonderful basket of complimentary goodies, and even supplying immediately swimming towels for us when we requested them. Soaps and other sundries were ample. A fully stocked coffee bar is even included. The house is clean and fresh...no clutter. There are some games and books that are available, but it's not overdone. The labeling of every drawer and light switch is extremely helpful.
The location is very convenient to grocery shopping and fast food places if that is of concern. The only downside is that it's on a very busy street, making getting out of the driveway a little tricky. The backyard is much more private, however, and is a good spot for enjoying the Cornhole game provided.
The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and the view out the back is even better than I expected. You get a good view of the water and lovely sunsets. All in all, a great find.

Our group of three families had an amazing stay! The view was breathtaking, and the game room was a hit. The little extras like coffee and amenities made it feel like home. We loved exploring the Pacific Northwest and the sunsets in the back yard were mesmerizing. Highly recommended!

This house had all you could need for a family our size. So much space and a good layout to accomodate adults and kids. Easy to access main floor Master with lots of room for my elderly father in law and his scooter. A second King room as well as a queen is much appreciated. 4 tweens and teens easily shared the double queen room and the downstairs play room was perfect for their entertainment. Location suited us as a midway point between for local family. And an amazing view!

There were 8 of us staying there with my son and his boyfriend who live in Tacoma there every day. The house was perfect for all of us. Great location, bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of living space throughout home. Located close to everything we needed and a short walk to the harbor. Host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again or recommend it to anyone

I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this one had everything you could possibly want or need. We came up to hang out with family and this spacious lovely home was perfect for us. We loved the natural light, the many bedrooms, the patios and the location. Property manager was on top of it at every step.

The layout worked well for all of us to be together and yet have privacy. We enjoyed the view, backyard, and central location to Tacoma, university Place and gig harbor. The house is well stocked and we enjoyed making meals together. The home is very clean. We will come back to this location.
