About this apartment rental

This immaculately presented villa is made for family holidays close to the sea. The picturesque historic town of Javea, with its fine sandy shores and water sport action, is within five kilometres of the villa – as are those seafront restaurants and bars for an easy bite to eat. Back home, kids will love you for the lengthy swimming pool and lawns for a runabout. And you’ll all appreciate those shady terraces with views of the surrounding Montgo Mountain when it’s time to beat the heat. And there’s no need to tussle for the best room here – each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to those stylish verandas outside. Home truths: *Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay *There is private parking outside the villa for two cars *This home is set out across two levels with internal stairs, which may be unsuitable for guests with restricted mobility *There’s a handy laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer *The swimming pool isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times *Theres a supermarket 4 kilometres away to pick up essentials
