About this apartment rental

Located in Benissa, this villa is a perfect base for families looking to explore the Costa Blanca. The design is contemporary, with plenty of outdoor space to spend long lazy days in the Spanish sun. We love the shaded terrace – great for evening socialising over freshly cooked seafood, while the swimming pool will entertain the kids. If you’re looking to explore the coastline – you’re just 4km from the sandy Cala Baladrar and Moraira beaches. There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area, including canoeing, kayaking, and waterskiing – ideal for the adventurous types. Home truths: *Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there's free parking on the premises for two cars here *You'll have your own private entrance here *This home is spread over two floors, with no internal lift – it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility *Well-behaved dogs may be welcome to accompany you during your stay – please check with the host prior to booking *Though there isn't a dedicated desk here, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace *Storage space is minimal here, so we'd recommend packing light *There is an unfenced swimming pool and balcony here – children must be supervised at all times *Hen and stag parties are not allowed at this home
