This stunning home is beautifully decorated, pulling colors straight from the stunning views of the ocean, garden, pool, and coral reefs. The kitchen was recently remodeled and boasts a stainless steel farmer's sink, custom cabinets and solid surface countertops. The floor plan provides three bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, all have split A/C units and a safe. The tropically landscaped pool area provides for delightful lounging and alfresco dining.
The location of this home, just across the street from the beach with its fantastic swimming and snorkeling can't be overstated. In addition, proximity to the Divi Resort and Casino provides walking-distance access to the many amenities and the Hotel events. Also available in the Grapetree area is hiking at Jack's and Issac's Bay. Christiansted town with its fabulous restaurants and fun shopping is only a 15 minute drive on a beautiful road.
When everyone comes together to relax and enjoy the surroundings, the living space can easily seat all guests. With Wifi and access to the expansive outdoor area, there's entertainment available to fit any guest's preference. When meal times come around, eight people can sit in the dining space, with plenty of room for overflow into the living area, kitchen island, outside patio, or large deck. The kitchen also features a fridge, oven, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker.
The home has over 2800 square feet of enjoyable living space including an eat in kitchen, dining room, and living room. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms sit on main level. The outdoor living space boast a large pool and lounging area with water views. The front living space highlights the vast Caribbean Sea views to enjoy the morning sunrises.
