There's no better location than this - you'll be a short stroll from the soft sands of Pensacola Beach and the Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier. The community's bayfront grounds, which are surrounded by a variety of dining and shopping options, include an outdoor swimming pool and a sundeck as well.

Wake up to a gorgeous scene of the bay, its harbor, and the Gulf from the expansive balcony, easily accessible from the living area and two of the bedrooms. The balcony features two inviting seating areas and a dining table for alfresco breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with a spectacular backdrop.

Inside, this air-conditioned penthouse offers an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Surprise your family and friends with delicious homemade treats prepared in the kitchen, well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig. Once mealtime is over, gather in the welcoming living area to watch a favorite series on the smart TV (please note there is no cable). This condo also features a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer.

The unit was spacious and laid out perfectly. Customer service was excellent and the location couldn't have been better ! The unit came with beach chairs and beach umbrella, which was a nice surprise. You get to see the sunset from one side , sunrise from the other AND we saw the Blue Angels from our balcony! We had a great week!

I would not stay there again due to the entry to place as well as condo. There were two gates-one to parking lot and one to building to access elevators. Needed fob for gates entry. For 4 adults plus 3 kids(2 of them teenagers) we were given 2 fobs even though I asked for 4 for the adults. Since we like to come & go to beach at different times it was very inconvenient. And the additional key pads on gates did not work and hard to even see due to glare of sun on them. Then to get into condo there was a 10 digit code to enter which usually took several times to work and then u had to push handle up to open . But then it wouldn't open as very heavy door. Had to push very hard to open. I will say the balcony was the “savings grace” as it was huge, comfortable and great views. But again it was such a hassle to go in /out of place.

Very roomy. Beautiful and pleasant. You’re just at piece . They’re was 9 of us and we all had enough room didn’t feel like we were right on top of eachother . Definitely will come back to the same place . View was beautiful couldn’t ask for a better place .

The home was great. Vacasa customer service was not. We have rented many condos an hollies over the years in Pensacola Beach and with Vacasa. But something has changed, when we needed help with parking passes and a physical key to the pool house they simply did not listen and never received either....parking passes nor a key to access the pool house. Renter be aware.

The location is ideal with the beach and restaurants all within walking distance. The condo is spacious with lots of areas to sit. The beds were comfortable and the rooms with multiple bathrooms provided privacy for our group of 6 adults. Our favorite feature was the view of the sound and of the gulf from the balcony. Just a beautiful and luxurious condo. Would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the stunning Pensacola beaches.

The view, outdoor balcony and the location were excellent. I would return if I knew that the entrance problems were resolved. One of their management people became a great help.

This place was perfect. Much larger than I had expected it to be, nice and close to shopping/dinning/bars. Really the only issue we had was the gate password gave us trouble at times and the dryer seems to possibly be on its way out. Other than that, everything was perfect I will definitely book this one again!

The condo was very spacious, clean and had an amazing view of the water. The balcony was a great spot to sit outside and relax! The public beach was a short walk across the street, and there were several great restaurants within walking distance too. We had a great experience and the property management company checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend booking this condo if you have more than a few people staying with you.

The views were great - within hours of our arrival we saw dolphins right outside. Location is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Condo was clean and so spacious. It was beautiful, but was showing a little wear and tear, but nothing that interfered with our comfort. Had the basics you would need for a beach trip, but not a lot of extras. Bring your own beach towels, as those are not provided. We enjoyed the pool and even spent some time relaxing by the on site little beach on the property. Overall a wonderful place to stay by the beach!

Perfect location, for a week on the beach! Views from the balcony were amazing! Everything was nice and clean and furnished with plates, silverware and cleaning supplies! Will stay here again!

If Pensacola Beach location and views are your priority, you can't beat this condo. From the balcony, you have great views of Little Sabine Bay and the white sands of Pensacola Beach. Out the front door you can see what I've been told is "Mama's Beach," (or "Quietwater Beach") The area is not really walkable because of very heavy traffic on Pensacola Beach Blvd and the lack of sidewalks in the area. The property description is a bit misleading: There are, indeed, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. However, one of the bedrooms seems to be part of a primary suite as an office. So that room, the primary bathroom and the primary bedroom are a unit. There is no door on the primary bedroom, which is a little weird. Neither of these bedrooms have access to a closet which I didn't love as we had couples in every bedroom. An absolute problem that needs to be fixed: the primary bathroom has handles only on the outside of the doors. What's up with that?? If you're using the primary bathroom, you cannot close the door from the inside. The condo is lovely and the beds are comfortable. The pool is just ok Other reviews I read before booking said that management was very responsive. I got responses to my concerns that basically said no one is working today, so not impressed. The only management person that showed up was pre-scheduled and not on my list to change AC filters. I hope they have fixed the outdoor lighting on the balcony and changed the water filter on the fridge.
