Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
The apartment is 400 m from Bellagio Station and Bellagio Pier and a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.

View of lake was best part. Be prepared to hike up multiple steps just to get to apartment, then multiple steps to get into apartment. AC did not work well and did not move air into bedroom - needed fan to help, bedroom was warm. VERY noisy street. No place to put soap, shampoo, etc. - VERY small shower. No amenities, no disposable cups, no napkins, no tissues, no coffee maker. NO information about local restaurants, etc. Was not worth money we spent.

The location of Coral Blue is fantastic. Inclusions are basic and more information re garbage bin and clothes line location would have been good. Thank goodness for the
neighbours! The aircon in the lounge room doesn't provide much cooling but there are lots of windows on both sides of the apartment to let in the breeze.

Nice location. Easy check in. Parking in the area is tough. The host directed me to a parking lot nearby which cost $60 to park for 2 nights, but I received a ticket for $30 anyways due to an unexpected and unannounced temporary no parking restriction in that lot for the 2nd day we were there. Not really the hosts fault since I’m not sure they would have known the police do that. But just be warned parking is tough: and you should move your car every day so you don’t risk a ticket or being towed.
The air conditioning was left off, when we arrived that evening the apartment was so hot we were unable to sleep at all the first night. It took 24 hours for the place to cool down, and the old window unit they had was not located in the bedroom, making sleeping in the bedroom impossible. We ended up sleeping on the floor in the other room by the AC. The whole time which was an awful experience. We did contact the host but they basically said: too bad.
Place had a nice view. Apartment was clean. Appliances were old. Everything overall in the apartment had an old and rundown look. Not nice. If I were to go to Como again I’d pay more for a hotel instead.

Awesome space and a great location/great view of the lake. The internet was a little lackluster

The apartment is amazing! Everything was super close by and easy to get to, the view was stunning and we would absolutely stay here again. Our only problem we ran into is that is actually is no dryer and when I tried to contact someone about it, I never heard back but we found a solution ourselves. Highly recommend staying here!!

It is very easy to check in, and the apartments is literally in Bellagio city center, so easy to go to the port and catch other ferry to visit the villages.
The views from the apartment are awesome. We will come back.

Absolutely loved our stay! Giving 5 stars since the apartment was incredible and everything you are looking for: clean, great location, beautiful view. The only note is that if you visit during this time of year (late Jan early Feb) everything in the town of Bellagio and surrounding towns are closed. Only 3 restaurants were open during our stay so we ate at the same place 8 times. Despite this, our stay at Coral Blue was excellent! I would love to stay here again but in the summer time

The place itself was spectacular. One day we arrived there to no hot water on a cold day. The correct response from the property manager should have been "someone will be there to sort it straight away". Instead we were told to walk down the road in the rain, shower in a vacant property, then walk back in the rain. We were at the property another 2 nights & no technician visited to fix the hot water. Great property which is let down by a very poor property manager.

Very nice, hard walking all the stairs

A great place to stay with excellent arrival instructions! It would have been nice to arrive in a cool place as it was in the 30sC and super warm and humid in there. We could not get the cooling unit to cool it down. Thankfully, the winds were cool at night and cooled it down! Pots and pans with accompanying lids would be a nice addition, as well! Otherwise, everything else was great!

This flat sits up over the center of Bellagio, at the top floor of the building, with views over a beautiful park out over Lake Como. There is a view from literally every room in the flat. It is a quiet building (although there is pedestrian and vehicle traffic on the road, that cannot be helped) and the building neighbors were very nice. The flat is spacious for a 1-bedroom. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of storage. You will need to shop for any provisions other than toilet paper, soap or laundry detergent. There is a well-provisioned mini-market a 4-minute walk into town as well as a laundromat if you want to dry your clothes after using the provided washing machine. This flat is a 3-minute walk into the very heart of Bellagio and very secure. I would absolutely choose this flat again if we come back to Bellagio, we absolutely loved our stay here.

This space is so precious and lovely - minutes away from the ferry and all Bellagio has to offer. The view of the mountains and lake were unbelievable - my fiancé and I were in constant awe.
Great amount of space too! Shower was clean, we didn't use the kitchen, but great space if you want to cook.

Beautiful view and a great location! We were within a short walking distance, albeit uphill, from the ferry and restaurants. The air conditioning cooled the entire apartment, which was exactly what we needed for this time of year. Our host was responsive via VRBO and WhatsApp. Our only complaints were that the street was a little noisy from the cars coming up the hill and the furniture was worn (couch was sunken in and two of the chairs were ripped). An overall great experience!
