The place was a little tight but it was well-equipped and the TV had multiple streaming services available. The location worked well as the main streets on either side of the neighborhood made getting to either side of Rochester easy to get to. The owner was easily reached by email and responded promptly.

It’s very cold the radiator takes forever to heat up the place. Only thing wrong with it was the heat.

The property was extremely clean. It also was described perfectly in the Vrbo website. We would stay again.

It's actually a sweet little place. Very comfortable and immaculately clean. I'd stay there again for sure. I even had trouble getting in (it was completely my fault!!!) and the property manager bailed me out by remotely unlocking the door and resetting the password for me.
