Amazing customer service @ check in and the entire stay. Extremely clean and breakfast was good

Joshua went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His customer service skills are exceptional! I really enjoyed there being coffee available all day. The room was very clean, quiet, and not far from the elevator.

Like being close to riverwalk

I liked the location. DJ was very helpful in reserving a room for an additional night. She also helped me acquire receipts and to understand the charges on my credit card. I reported an issue with the glass shower doors not staying closed, they drifted open while I was using the shower. The gentleman who heard my report thanked me for letting them know.

It was nice, clean, and spacious. The area around it is also very pretty!

Great rooms with full fridge, sink, cabinets, microwave. The common Exercise room and equipment was great. Nice quite neighborhood yet close to lots of shopping & resturaunts.

Change the matresses before everyone wakes up with back spasms.

Good motel.

I liked the location - very convenient to the activities we participated in. We were able to check in early which was really nice and the staff was really great and accommodating. The fitness equipment especially the peloton bike needs servicing - loose handlebars and sticky wheel which did not work properly.

Even though we paid at time of booking for a suite they did not have one when we arrived. Instead for some reason they gave us a second room that we had no use for the at did not connect. Then they were surprised when we had pets so not sure it was a hotels.com issue or theirs but I only search pet friendly hotels.

Room was very clean bed was super comfortable. Was just excellent for the price. Received texts asking how my stay was and it's location to the river walk is perfect.

We loved our stay! The staff was very attentive and friendly, my son loved the pool and the free breakfast was really tasty and had a ton of options!

Beginning to end, a wonderful staff! Kincaid was ultra friendly. Immaculate room and grounds, but also a door to our balconey/large suite overlooking flower Mound's spreading riverwalk combining "river over rocks" and many geese with trailing many goslings inviting us to walk the huge loop through the side walk venues. Morning and evening-wonderful! The breakfast has so many delicious choices and the gentleman in charge was so gracious.

Perfect in everything except that the mattresses could be firmer and not so soft that it could cause discomfort for those with back pain. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it.

Excellent property! We had a party of five, the rooms were spacious. The breakfast had many choices and thr staff continued to replenish all the options when low or out. Pool was small but nice for our young one. The area was unique. Wish we would have been able.to explore more.

Clean new property. My only negative is we had a small issue with the toilet in the evening. A maintenance personnel was not on site. However, the front desk associate was ready to move us to another room. We asked for the plunger and he immediately brought it up. Issue resolved.

The staff were very kind. Everything felt clean and airy. The breakfast options were not very exciting. We have a hybrid car...and there were no locations for charging.

The staff was very amiable however I asked to use the lobby and their in-House computer for a word processing project I needed for a family memorial narrative. . They said it was were in working condition and then I could print. As it turned out I could not print and the staff tried to help me but ended up losing my hour and a half cord processing narrative. They tried to apologize and said they would give me two nights free for my lodging which never happened. I know they felt horrible for losing the entire memorial narrative regarding our deceased family member that my husband and I had put in. They did allow us to go behind the desk and use their office laptop to reinvent the memorial narrative that my husband and I were working on to deliver that next day. Our room was wonderful and we enjoyed staying there very much except for the fiasco with the wood processing problem with the HOME2 in-house word processing app.

Food for breakfast was disappointing. Bad banana and two rotten oranges. Notush to offer for healthy eating.

We stayed on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the riverwalk. We only stayed one night but could have stayed a week! Full kitchen with full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher, lots of dishes and glassware, a king sized bed and a huge shower was the icing on the cake. The only downside was that our tv didn't work on live tv. Netflix worked fine. Pillows were worthless. I will bring my own next time! But that didnt keep me from sleeping! Coffee downstairs 24/7 was a bonus since my husband and I wake up long before breakfast is served. All in all, a wonderful experience.
