Location location just location

Location very good. Space in unit good. Kitchenette and facilities for cooking. Secure vehicle parking was great.

The shower for some reason only lasted warm for 30 seconds. Bath fawcet could stay warm but when pin water would gradually move to cold in around 30 seconds. Had to push pin to get back to bath and adjust knob to bring warm back. Big pain. Even bath plug still allowed water to drain so bath water would empty slowly as well. Air conditioner was preser to return to 78 degrees and wouldn't stay on desired temperature. Funky smell in unit and obviously dirty in corners etc. Apparently carpets cleaned prior to visit and operator sent someone who declared nothing wrong with air or shower. Washing appliances not working in unit - advised of this prior to visit but would be a valuable facility for a stay and save time at the laundromat. Beds were foam not proper mattress. Some decor ageing but has potential. Window dressing vertical blinds slips are easily falling off.

DECEPCIONANTE. FOTOS NÃO CONDIZEM COM O ESTADO DO APTO!

Infelizmente não tenho nada pra dizer que gostei!

Uma grande DECEPÇÃO, pra começar o endereço colocado na plataforma não é o endereço correto, nos mandaram em outro endereço nas informações de check in. Quando chegamos, as fotos infelizmente NÃO CONDIZ com o atual estado do apartamento, inclusive móveis foram mudados ao longo do tempo e as fotos não foram atualizadas. Se fosse somente isso estaria tudo bem. O apartamento estava com mau odor, infiltrações nas paredes, sem cortinas, ar condicionado velho e sem manutenção, saia um cheiro horrivel quando ligavamos, toalhas velhas ,não tinha água quente o suficiente para banho de 2 pessoas, acabava no meio e tínhamos que esperar algumas horas... e estávamos em 4 pessoas, então imaginem o problema. O apto possui 2 máquinas, de lavar e secar roupa, mas não pode ser usada pelo hóspede, assim como nenhuma parte do condomínio, como piscina, sala ginástica .....NADA! Colocarei fotos aqui! Tenho várias fotos pra postar mas só posso postar 4. Uma pena! Ficamos a primeira noite e pedimos para o proprietário entrar num acordo conosco e nos fazer um reembolso parcial, mas nos foi negado e não fomos ressarcidos. A booking tb não nos deu suporte nenhum, alugamos pela plataforma achando que teriamos respaldo em situações onde vc aluga um lugar e neste caso, claramente não foi o mesmo apresentado nas fotos, poderíamos ter alguma segurança, mas a plataforma simplismente se isentou da responsabilidade. É responsabilidade da plataforma checar as fotos e pedir atualizações dos proprietários para que não aconteça exatamente isso. É responsabilidade da plataforma assegurar os lugares e suas condições atuais para que os hóspedes não tenham surpresas desagradáveis como nós tivemos. Acabamos indo para um outro hotel pq não tínhamos condições de permanecer lá! Espero que meu post ajude próximos hóspedes a não terem as mesmas surpresas que eu e minha família! NÃO RECOMENDO MESMO!

Boa localização; quarto com um bom tamanho; garagem coberta incluída no valor da hospedagem; vídeos explicativos com orientações de checkin/checkout ; alguns itens na cozinha para facilitar

A água do chuveiro é bem fraquinha; a cama parece ser nova, porém achei o colchão um pouco duro (questão de gosto); Ar condicionado e wi -Fi não estavam funcionando direito, mas a manutenção corrigiu; forno do fogão não estava funcionando

W trakcie naszego pobytu nie działała pralka, a akurat planowaliśmy wstawić pranie. Nie działała również suszarka do włosów, ale w ten sam dzień zostala nam dostarczona sprawna.

Not quite as advertised but excellent location

Excellent location

Leaking air con, overspill water collected in a waste bin in hallway. Carpet dirty and smelt (damp). No use of pool. Sofa bed unusable (1m length of sofa end and no spare bedding). Noisy apartment. Bathroom tired/need of refurbishment.

Good location

The apartment wasn’t clean enough. When we arrived, we had to look for the towels, that we found wrinkled inside the dryer. There were recently washed but all of them had old stains on. The same thing happened with one of the bed sheets which had an old blood stain on it. Also the microwave was dirty inside, as was the kitchen in general. We found dry food from other guests on the floor with ants and the flat smelled like it had not been aired out for a while. We tried to open the window but it has a lock so we couldn’t. In addition, from the flat we could hear the sounds of the elevator all the time. Also, both days we listened a loud warning alarm from the building that woke us up in the middle of the night.

Easy check-in, basic amenities but clean and comfortable

I liked its central location, found the bed to be quite comfortable and enjoyed the free parking.

This is more subjective - I greatly dislike the Tide Sport detergent fragrance (the smell is cloying 🤢) and the apt reeked of it because the detergent was used to wash the linens and bedding. I would have preferred a more neutral-smelling detergent.

Great place for short visit to see Hollywood Boulevard and Universal Studios.

Nice, clean, modern apartment. Good access to Hollywood points of interest. Very clear arrival instructions and friendly text exchanges.

Kitchen could have a few more supplies. We cooked up some pasta. Could use a collander/strainer and maybe basics like salt and pepper. A toaster would have been nice. Also, bathroom door is very sticky and very difficult to open/close, making a lot of noise.

Great location and safe experience

Location was perfect! Owner was very prompt in replying to my text messages!

The bathroom setup needs more wok. The building's shower pressure is low. there was no shower soap, hand wash soap and hand towels. Shower mat should be cotton as it got wet easily and stayed wet.

The location , clean, accessible. to surrounding area.

The kitchen table seats where to high to sit on to have breakfast, maybe a shorter , little round table with regular size chairs , would be sufficient, also the T V did not have volume.
