Discover the best of Dewey Beach from our spacious 2-BR family-friendly 3rd floor apartment overlooking a marina and the Rehoboth Bay. A quiet place to relax on your balcony, watch the sunset, the boats and the calm bay waters. This two bedroom, two full bathroom unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed and one double bed in the second bedroom. There is a large living room, full kitchen and a dining table that seats 6. There is also a laundry room with washer & dryer. There is high speed wi-fi access and each tv is a Roku tv with access to all your favorite apps. You will have access to 2 parking spaces in the marina.
Waterfront dining, beautiful beaches and lively entertainment are steps away from your vacation getaway. The walking to the beach is an easy 5 minute walk across Coastal Highway. The location is ideal and very safe, Dewey Beach Town Hall and Dewey Beach Police Station are steps away.

Loved the property, the location, other than the last night (Thursday). Rusty Rudder music was extremely loud that night.

This property is in a great location and is much more spacious and bright than the pictures show. We had a fantastic stay. The second bedroom has full sized mattresses on the bunk beds so that room could actually sleep 6 and no need to use the sofa bed.
As others noted, this is a 3rd floor walk up. Not an issue for my group but could be for others.

Me and 7 of my friends, all 28-30, come down every year for an annual beach/golf trip. It worked just fine. We aren’t big party group anymore, and we don’t need much as far as accommodation. The rental was fine. Didn’t use anything in the kitchen except the fridge, which worked well. The balcony overlooking the bay is nice. You can access the dock that’s right outside across the parking lot. It goes pretty far out which was cool to watch the sun set. You can hear the music from The Rudder pretty good towards the end of the night, didn’t bother us but could bother others. It suited us fine.

Great location and easy short walk to the beach. Great balcony with beautiful bay views. Apartment was spacious, open concept, and bright. Enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place. Plenty of room for 2 of us, would be great for a family, too. Enjoyed the balcony even in rain. Walkable to so much. Remember to bring tp, paper towels and tissues. No garbage bags or dish soap... But no biggie. I definitely recommend this place!

The rental was clean and roomy. The issue we had was not being told it was 3 floor walk up! We’re in out 70’s and walking up and down the many flights was an issue for us.
It should have been in the property description.

The location is great and the view of the bay is amazing! The house was very clean and check-in was a breeze. Toilet paper was not provided for our entire stay and it was noted in check-in instructions but would have been good to put in the listing. There was kitchen roll or bath soaps either. These were little things that caused inconvenience. Wine lovers note that there isn’t a wine opener, again more of an inconvenience. Like other reviewers had said, we could hear the neighbors downstairs. Luckily they weren't too noisy. Overall it was a good and we will rent again but bring our wine opener and few other things!

It was an impromptu decision to spend a couple days with my children at Dewey. The weather was horrible, but this water-front condo was just what you needed to perk you up. Donnie was always available. He fixed the internet/WiFi issue in minutes. The property is next to the Dewey beach police station, very safe. Also surrounded by quaint cafe and loads of restaurants at walking distance. 7 mins drive to Rehoboth beach. All in all a great property for a family with 3 kids.

My husband and two kiddos enjoyed our stay at Donnie's apartment. It was clean, well appointed, and exactly like the listing showed. The views of the marina were great. Our only compliant is that there seems to be no sound insulation between the two apartments. We could hear people below us talking (like actual words) and when they had the TV on. I can't imagine how loud we seemed to them, being in the apartment above them. Other than that, it was a great stay!

This spacious apartment is very well appointed. It felt cozy, but was also very open. It’s in a quiet corner, but about a block from all the fun. Great place to stay.

Get little place. Wish it had a few more of the basic amenities in the kitchen. More towels/rags for cleaning up. Shampoo/soap in showers. The basics. Loved the town though! Also, the back sliding door lock was broken and didn’t lock. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Upon entry you walk through a hallway past bdrms then the place opens up and it surprising how much space there is. Great area and proximity to everything food, bars, live entertainment and the beach. The sunsets are amazing from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property. It seems to be a brand new building. It was very clean and had great views of the bay. My only complaint would be there was a family staying in the unit below us and we could hear them talking and the kids running around. But overall a great place to stay for a long weekend.

We thought it was beautiful. Well done, very clean, and everything we needed. The view is beautiful, we saw a Heron on the dock on Friday - and watched a couple people taking their boats out -

The entire wall of glass with large balcony and amazing bay views made the experience perfection. The property was roomy and cute. Wifi worked great and TV easy to figure out. The host was welcoming and responsive. We hope to return.
Worth noting:
It is located at the end of the street in the parking lot on the left whereas the remaining street has odd numbers on the right. There was some noise and shaking of the building from the construction at the marina which obviously is temporary.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was spotless and very new, with lovely beach decor. The location was perfect for beach access -- a short walk. We really enjoyed the view of the Bay. The property is above the marina parking lot, but is on the third floor, so the view from the balcony is great. We were impressed by the customer service as well. Our son left his special stuffed animal in one of the beds, and Spencer mailed it back to us the same day it was found! (Thank you!!)
The location worked well for us and our kids for a couple of nights, but it might be even better for older kids/adults. The apt is next door to a popular restaurant, and, although the music in the evening wasn't too loud and didn't bother us, it might bother some sensitive kids with early bedtimes.
The kitchen is as advertised, so you should plan to bring paper goods and any pantry items. (Although we were told in advance to bring paper goods, they did leave us some starter toilet paper etc.).

Terrific location for enjoying waterfront views! We loved the spacious layout and classy furnishings. Condo was close to restaurants (some even within walking distance). This new condo was in the midst of all that was happening in Dewey Beach, yet on a quiet street.

The location seemed a little odd at first but it was actually great to have a view of the marina, access to a hose for the pups, and be two blocks to the beach, coffee and shops. The host was accommodating and responded quickly. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The place was so nice for our bachelorette weekend! We had amazing views of the bay and short walks to the beach, food places and bars. There was an open concept so that everyone could be together. The only complaint we had was the smoky smell that filled the place. It wasn’t overwhelming so we couldn’t be there but it was strong. I would definitely recommend for a friends getaway!

Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed condo unit. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Conveniently located, just a block from the main street and another block to the beach. Beautiful marina bay view from the balcony. And live music is just around the corner…just know that it’s a 3rd floor unit.

This place could not have been more perfect for what we wanted. We went to Dewey for a girls weekend and the apartment was so clean, open, and in a perfect location to walk to everything. The check-in process was easy and check-out was even easier as we did not have to clean anything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Spencer!

The place is very spacious. Everything is very clean and close to activities and the beach. There was construction going on in the marina office below, but my two-year-old grandson found that interesting to watch and was not a distraction. We had a great time.

We had a pleasant stay at this beautiful and clean home. It was a spacious apartment that was close to the beach and many restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and communicated promptly. Would highly recommend!

Great central location in Dewey with a nice bayside view. Everything was clean and appeared to be brand new. Spencer was great and very communicative.

2 nights early season. The apartment is in a great location and has a terrific view of the bay. Easy walk to the beach and to everything else Dewey has to offer. Would be happy to book again.

Beautiful apartment with a view of the bay. Renovations are being done on the building, but that was communicated ahead of time. Check in and out were a breeze. The apartment was roomy with plenty of space. Dishwasher, ice maker, water filter, central A/C. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating, and a full size washer and dryer. Perfect for anyone entertaining a small group of family or friends. Host was very easy to get a hold of if needed, but everything was set up perfectly as advertised. Also, it was dog friendly! This will be our place of choice next time around
