THE PROPERTY

Peace of Grand is located right in the heart of Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees, with easy access to Red Arrow Marina and Indian Hills Marina. Renovated and updated with new flooring, furniture, kitchenware, lighting, and more to ensure a fantastic stay for you and your guests. Just steps away from the lake with a gentle slope. Paved roads to the property and located in the quiet cove.

PARKING:
Got a big crew coming? No sweat! Our driveway and carport have got room for 6 vehicles, so bring on the trucks and those tournament boats. Just remember, let's keep the grass green and happy — no parking on it, please.

Craving some eats? You're in luck! We're just a hop, skip, and a jump away from some great restaurants, accessible both by land and water. Mexican? Juan Montez, an awesome restaurant and bar, is so close you could practically walk there in your sleep — we're talking less than 150 yards from your front door. Good food and good times are just around the corner!

GUEST WITH DOGS:
Thinking of bringing your furry friends along for the adventure? That's paw-some! The first doggie comes with a $100 stay fee. Planning on bringing more? Each additional furry friend is just $50, though we do have a three-dog max and a 50 lb weight limit per pooch. Just a little heads-up: you'll need to reach out to us directly so we can manually adjust the dog fee for you if you are bringing more than 1 dog. Let's make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

Guest Access
You're getting the whole place to yourself – the house, the backyard, and even the dock. You will access the house via SmartLock on the front door. Your private code will be sent the day before your stay and will work beginning at 4 pm the day of check-in. Welcome to your home away from home!


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* Stairs are required from the back porch of the home to the dock.
* There are external security cameras and doorbell cameras. This is purely for the safety and security of all guests.
* Limited cell service.
