A little hard to find, but an adorable place with lots of amenities. Plant of space to spread out. Andy has amazing communication and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend

The family and I really enjoyed this property from relaxing in the hot tub to playing pingpong to watchings movies. Perfect relaxing weekend

Very comfortable place. Plenty of linens and towels. Well stocked with basic needs. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. And the dog enjoyed the fenced in yard to run and play in the snow. Only warning I have is that main level with all the common areas requires stairs down to get to at bottom level. So anyone with elderly guests that struggle with stairs should be aware. The level you enter on from front door is essentially the middle level of the three.

Communication was great through the entire process and checkin was super easy. Fun a-frame cabin that is well furnished. Cute touches left for our stay. Great linens and paper products. My mom and I planned a girls weekend and we loved sitting in the hot tub in the snow. We really enjoyed our stay!

Arrived in low spirits due to some wet sloppy snow but boy did that change quick once we walked though the doors of this place. We instantly felt at home. This place hit on all cylinders, and its obvious the owner put a lot of thought into giving their guests the best possible experience. Do yourself a favor, go see garden of the gods, then end your night with a fire and a soak in the hot tub, you will be happy you did! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice little house close to many Colorado Springs attractions. We thought is was in the woods, but it is off a main hwy and close to Neigbors. It is private enough though.
Only 1 bedroom has a bathroom on its level, so getting up in the night is more challenging if you’re upstairs.
The bedroom close to the bathroom is not enclosed(except with a curtain) so keep that in mind if bringing a group.
My husband and I went for an Anniversary trip and it was a pleasant stay and had what we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed the view from the upstairs bedroom.

Great winter Birthday getaway. Nice hottub

We felt the home was spacious and the property was surrounded by woods which we loved. The views were incredible from the upstairs window. The host knew we had an infant so he assembled a high chair for her which turned out to be a life saver for safely entertaining her more than once.
We really enjoyed the hot tub, the fire place and the couch is oddly comfortable. I dont think Ive ever sat on a more comfortable couch. Only suggestion is if foam pillows arent your thing, be sure to bring your own. Though the bedding was very nice and soft!

We had a wonderful stay! The beds are comfortable, the hot tub and fire pit give you a great place to relax. It is clean and had plenty of room for the 5 of us.

This is a very nice property. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot of attractions.

Andy has a clean, comfortable house here. Just far enough away from the crowds to feel somewhat remote while also being close to everything you want to see and do (Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, etc.). We enjoyed the historic shopping street and arcade in Manitou and our favorite place to eat was Crystal Park Cantina. The A-frame house has 3 levels and is more spacious than the pics make it seem. I don't like city things and I don't like hotels so this house was right up my alley. Kind of cabiny but with all the amenities. The house has all of the clean, properly working basics that you need plus fun things like hot tub, ping-pong, cable TV, fireplace, etc. There are not sparkling quartz countertops or motion activated faucets or any other frilly spa like things...again, up my alley. If I find myself back in the area again, I'll call Andy and book the house again.

Wonderful little property. The backyard was totally fenced in, which was a nice surprise that allowed us to let our dogs run free without being tied up. The fire pit and ping pong table were fun, but the best thing was doing yoga up on the deck while hummingbirds zoomed by!! Note: The Pantry in GMF is great for breakfast/lunch and we went back twice! The location had a small town mountain feel but was close enough to bigger places like Manitou Springs and Woodland Park. There’s a lot of private property signs when you turn, but just follow your phone directions up the road. The hosts were absolute perfection.
You’ll be glad you came.

This was a great dog friendly place to stay. It was close to the attractions that we wanted to see. It was a great place to call "home" and relax a after exploring this part of Colorado.
The beds were comfortable, the place was spacious, and the hot tub was a plus.

Everything was on point the owner was responsive and property was perfectly described. Little town with grocery, restaurants and bars less that 10 min away. Do watch out for the altitude it sneaks up on you lol!
