About this apartment rental
In the old town of Saint Tropez, in the La Ponche district, near the Jarlier tower, located in an old fisherman's house, you will fall under the charm of this apartment, which, like a house, is spread over several levels.
Situated on the second and top floor of the building, it offers tranquility along with the main advantage of a clear separation between living space and private areas.
The apartment spans the upper parts of three fisherman's houses, which distinguishes it with its generous space. It offers the occupants two terraces: the first is on the same level, opening onto the summer living room on the upper level, and the second terrace is directly accessible from the first, offering one of the most beautiful 360-degree views of Saint-Tropez. Below the summer living room is another living area - a TV space with an open kitchen and dining room.
A few steps down, there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with one single bed. On the same level, there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate guest toilet. A few steps further, you will find a master suite with its own bathroom with a bathtub and an additional bathroom with a toilet.
The advantage of this apartment is that it is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle while being in the heart of the village, allowing you to enjoy the Tropezian life on foot. Another advantage is the apartment's layout, which prevents you from encroaching on others' space, allowing you to be together while maintaining your autonomy.

I would like to thank Kay and Kathy (manager) for making the whole process seamless and amazing!
It’s about location location location … and you can’t get better than this!
I was initially skeptical that the ac etc won’t work or be effective / it was great,
Loved the way the apt (multi floor and a walk up) was set up….
Oh and did I mention the roof/terrace - while we didn’t hang there much (too hot)… sunset and evenings were perfect for pics.
If we had stayed there longer we would have spent many hours drinking Rosè!
Would definitely and highly recommend the place to any and everyone!
Thank you Kay and team !

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The location is great and centrally located in the old town. The beds are comfortable and the unit is quiet to enjoy a good night's sleep. Kay was gracious enough to allow us use of the place until later on our check out day, which we really appreciated.
Overall a pleasant stay and a wonderful holiday in St. Tropez!

This is a great property to stay in in the heart of St. Tropez. We would absolutely rent this property in a heartbeat if we return.
It's a large triplex apartment with 2 balconies, one which is one of highest in St. Tropez, with great sunset views.
The decor is cool old-world St. Tropez. It's clearly been designed and lived in with care. If you are looking for something shiny and new, this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for something older, cool, and unique, this couldn't be better.

Location is perfect, great communication from host. Heads up, you are so close to town that you will hear a beautiful bell tower ringing hourly except for late at night. Thank you for being a great host Kay! We'd love to stay here again.

Very much enjoyed everything about the property. Gorgeous decor, comfortable beds, even yoga on one of the terraces. I’d highly recommend. Also, the local rep was incredibly helpful getting us and all our luggage to the car rental place.

This was our favorite rental on our 3 week trip. It was centrally located and stunning (we were able to walk to everything, except Pamplonne Beach but we took Ubers there during the day). Was with a group of friends and we greatly appreciated the location, views, working A/C, Nespresso machine, and furnishings. Everything was meticulously planned and decorated in this place, it felt like we were in a museum but was also relaxing and inviting that we felt at home. The views from the rooftops are some of the best of the old town. I’ve stayed at the Chateau Massardiere before with family but I think I preferred staying in the heart of the city in this amazing apartment. It is within the security barriers but you can use a call button if you dare to drive into the old port to drop off your bags. Otherwise it’s an easy 5 min walk from the closest security barrier entrance (this is where we met our drivers/cabs too for ventures outside of the old port). Be prepared for stairs at the building, but that’s nothing new for a place with these types of views. With the front door code it’s easy to access to main building, and we were able to leave our bags before check in while the cleaners finished setting up. Overall an amazing place and hopefully will be back again for future stays. Thank you!!

Marvelous and whimsical flat in an ideal location. Not easy to find, hiwever, the street it’s on will not permit a car, and having a car in the center is impractical anyway. Be prepared to park at some distance from the flat. Also, it should be mentioned one must walk up several flights to get there and the entry is no indication of the flat…if anything the ynassuming alleyway door will yield to pleasant surprise when you get to the flat. Terraces are amazing and the three bedrooms are super comfy. My one beef was there was no ac in the master bedroom or I could not figure out how to make it work. Also there are no immediately nearby grocery stores…it’s not a practical village…it st. Tropez after all. I was told most people order groceries so either come prepared or figure out where to order them online. Plenty of great places to eat in the vicinity. A wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Kay’s place in Saint Tropez. The apartment was very spacious and had a gorgeous terrace overlooking the city. His place was conveniently location and close to many shops and restaurants. It was also easy to communicate with Kay and his team! We can’t wait to visit again.

The apartment has a top location in town with so many restaurant and the nightlife. when you stay there you immediately feel at home as it is decorated very warmly and with so much love.
We loved lounging on the two terraces with the best view (360°) of St Tropez.
