When you’re not at the Lagoon, you can indulge in the comfort of the private hot tub, get cozy in front of the outdoor fireplace, or have some fun with the classic arcade console! The home also features a barbeque grill, outdoor eating area and fully furnished kitchen to accommodate whatever meal you’re craving! At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.
