About this house rental
This quiet neighborhood house is conveniently midway between the Gulf beaches and Tampa attractions (Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa), and Orlando attractions (Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld). The small but fully-equipped kitchen is open to the living room, the washer and dryer are yours to use, parking is off-street in a driveway, and in addition to the three bedrooms, additional sleeping is available on a blow-up mattress and/or the large wrap-around couch.

The three bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans/lights on remote control. A floor fan is also available.

A small (complimentary) gas grill is on the back patio, along with fresh herbs from a small herbs garden.
A brief walk or drive brings you to the local fishing pier, basketball and tennis courts, a local park, and access to Van Fleet State Trail (29.2 miles long!) and Auburndale Teco Trail (6.6 miles long).
We are pet friendly, and understand traveling with animals (we travel with ours!).
Exterior security cameras and lighting (interior security cameras will be inactive during your stay; we reserve the right to briefly monitor the interior cameras if we receive complaints from neighbors).

This was perfect for a couple or a family and traveling with a dog. Easy access to location, spacious and roomy and have all that you need. Definitely would stay again.

The house was as advertised, the kitchen well stocked and the king size bed was very comfy. As we are older we really appreciated the grab bars in the master shower. There was a bit of dust but overall was clean. Michael responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed this property. I have stayed at a few properties and this one felt more like I was at home than any other. Enjoyed the real sized beds. Had a lot of kitchen amenities.

Great home for a quick getaway. Comfortable and clean, newly updated, it felt as though we were ‘home.’ Quaint little town near Fantasy of Flight, and Publix Field, home of the Tigers, although we went to see the Yankees! We will return! Thanks again!

It's a single family home. Well kept. Has a comfortable welcoming feel to it. Many updates. This was a one night stay for 3 adults and two older minors. Close to a college we were visiting.

This place worked out well for us coming into town for a wedding. The ring cameras inside are a little disconcerting and the yard is not fully fenced, but otherwise it was a great place.

The house was amazing and the best stocked house we have ever stayed in so far. Neighborhood was peaceful. Close to where we were playing baseball which was a big plus for me. When I am in the area again, I will definitely try to get this house booked again.

Stayed here for a weekend tournament at Lake Myrtle Sports Park in Auburndale. The home and neighborhood was great and could not have been more convenient.

Mr. Fairchild was available for any questions or concerns any time of the day. We enjoyed the comfort of a home while searching for our own place to live. We moved from Iowa and needed something temporary long-term (stayed for 30+ days) and he was very accommodating to us with having two cats, was really hard to find something, we thank you for that! Disney was only 45mins or less (depending on traffic, which can get pretty congested but is to be expected), and Universal is only about 30mins if you leave early in the morning before traffic starts. Conveniently located, still in a quiet town but only 7mins to a Publix and 15mins to a Walmart or any other major store. Having a back patio to relax on and grill after a long day was quite relaxing, and the full stocked kitchen is a really nice amenity when all of your belongings are packed up. Thank you for a great stay!!

We enjoyed our stay and had no problems. Mr. Faircloth was very responsive. Definitely reminded me of going to grandma's house. Nice neighborhood.

This place was spectacular. The front yard is beautiful, though the driveway could use some work *don't bring a lowered car* but the inside felt homey. It was like I was staying at my grandparents house for the weekend. My son loved his giant bed for the weekend haha.

My family and I have been traveling for several years.
They almost always take apartments or houses.
The house was clean, tidy and very inviting.
Until we got to the apartment - we had some technical problems (our fault) and Michael arranged everything for us - and it was exciting and charming.
You can say that he saved our family trip.
We highly recommend the location and the apartment.
It is also very close to really beautiful places in the area - we were in Legoland.
