This amazing home and property allowed for our families to enjoy an amazing time together before and after a wedding. We were able to swim, play games on the large side lawn, sit down for large meals together, and enjoy card games during after hours. We loved how grand the house was and that almost all of us had our own full bathrooms - what a nice treat! We hope to have another excuse to come back and stay at this beautiful manor again.

Kilburn Manor was an absolute gem. Plenty of amenities. 13 adults shared the property comfortably. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool made our stay more comfortable in the heat of the summer. Air conditioning available in every room. If you’re on the fence about renting this property, look no further.

It was a very interesting house, with an eclectic decor. Each room has a different theme, with something for everyone. With 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms, our group of 11 people were able to spread out and have plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool was nice too.

Great for group of people

We decide to choose this nice manoir inside a little town in New York because it was close.to Montreal and had plenty of room for group of 12. But with the life change we finish with 15 that all sleep well in a soundproof place with a little baby, it was really nice. The pool was wonderful with incredible September sunshine we got in bonus. We did find tools to prepare all our meals and with store around, it was easy to get products to build it. The host did provide all lining with towels and with plenty of little attention like chocolat at the bed with water bottle, we were like in a 5* hotel. We are now chasing our next place to create more souvenir.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Kilburn Manor. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out within the house and we swam in the heated pool every day. Luc was a great resource whenever we had a question.

We rented this property for an annual golfing trip with 8 adults.
Location of property is in centre town and have quick access to grocery store and restaurants.
We all had our own beds (not sleeps 8, but have 4 double beds).
Very nice kitchen with large gas oven and plenty of pots and pans to do your own gourmet meal.
Heated in-ground pool was clean and very useful after a busy day!
Historic property that has much to appreciate indoors. Lots of books, TVs galore, puzzle table and chest sets in a few rooms.
We hope to go back very soon.
Our host Luc was very helpful with any questions we had.
Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed with a large group of friends and family, all seniors. Very large and very comfortable old mansion type house. We had a couple questions and needs and the host was extremely responsive. Five beautiful bedrooms and two okay bedrooms - and this is what you see in the advertisement. The pool was lovely and very clean. Nice large yard and trees. Some of the furniture in the bedrooms was pretty old and not in the greatest repair but most was nice. Air conditioners were dated but all working well. A bit of mold near one of them in one of the bedrooms. I'll note that it was an extremely humid week. Kitchen was well stocked with some basic needs and plenty of lovely dishes and glassware and plenty of pots and pans. Our rooms were prepared with nice chocolates and bottles of water for each guest. Amazing library with over a thousand volumes and an additional bookcase in the living room with a lot of the more recent best sellers. If you need a large place that is very nice and very comfortable you'll probably like it very much. We all did. If you require impeccable luxury and all highest class and highest quality furnishings you might be a little bit disappointed.

Great old manor in downtown Malone. Plenty of space for large family. Pool is very nice. Properly is off the main drag so don’t even know you are in the town. Luc was a very responsive and helpful host.

Me & my family stayed at this rental to attend a Wedding at Titus Mountain. It was super convenient. The owner & property manager were incredibly accommodating, easily accessible, and pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend Kilburn Manor and will book it again
the next time I come to Malone for a visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kilburn Manor. The house was plenty big to spread out and the electric mix of furniture was great. Best part was the pool where the grandkids became fish as they never wanted to leave it!!

We were 15-member group (4 families) booked Suzanne’s historic Malone house which has rich history and tradition echoed in the house every aspect. They have a lot of space and can sleep 15 people. The furniture (couches especially) and decorations are aged, and they are there to show the olden glory than to sit comfortably. The house has a great kitchen with grills and stove top that can do a lot of cooking. Unlike previous vrbo rentals the kitchen and fridge are stocked with stuff including perishables. The house is very close to the main street with plenty of gas stations, Walmart and price chopper and few drug stores within couple of miles. The location is an 1h 35 minutes to Montreal, 1.45 minutes to thousand islands and possibly 1 h to lake Chaplin depending on where you want to go from here. The house has beautiful pool; however, the water was cold the day we visited. Since it is closer to the woods, there is lot of bugs there, some kids were hesitant to go inside. Suzanne is a great host and communicator, reached out to us repeatedly and all the instructions upfront were very clear. They had shampoo/conditioner and used soap there. The water pressure in the baths were very good. There was a water filter on the tap for drinking water which was leaking when we attempted to get drinking water. The cleanness in the bedrooms were lacking, particularly accumulated dust was seen many places. A kid in our group had severe dust allergy and troubles because of that. In addition, a few centipedes and bugs moving in the bedrooms which scared the kids and forced them to sleep in the hallway. With bit more care and update this place would a wonderful place for large group of families.

We had our Mother's burial in Massena and that brought 5 adult children including spouses from all over the country. The decision to rent this house was meaningful for all of us. It kept us altogether during this difficult time. Although sad, the love, comfort of all being together help tremendously. Wonderful place. We will never forget it.

The property is magnificent, spacious and clean; the owner/manager was very responsive and resolved two small issues caused by the previous customer very quickly; facilities are very convenient. I will definitely return in the future if we stop by Malone again.

Had our annual family get together here in the north country. After several years at the Jersey Shore, northern NY offered a refreshing change from the busy hubbub of Jersey. Nice golf nearby, good fishing & boating spots, spacious grounds & convenient amenities all made for a most enjoyable week in spite of several chilly days. Very nice place to just relax with our family.

This was my families first time vacationing in the Adirondacks. We were a group of 15 and the house was perfect for us! The history throughout was amazing. The furniture on the lower level is very dated and worn but still the family loved the atmosphere. It felt like "home" as soon as we walked in.

We had three families from out of town stay for our dad’s memorial. We all loved the amount of room for 12 of us to spread out. The library with all the old books was a big hit with all ages. Well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. Suzanne was proactive with pre-arrival communications to make the arrival smooth. We would definitely stay here in the future.

We had a great stay. So close to Titus Mountain and convenient to town. The house is a real charmer. Suzanne has done a great job.
