Descanso en medio de mi travesía

La ubicación justo en el centro comercial Imaginalia de Albacete, el checking muy rápido y el personal muy agradable tanto el de noche como el de mañana, a pesar de que había gente no se oían ruidos por la noche, por lo que pude descansar muy bien, la cama era muy cómoda y grande, y además había detalles de bienvenida como algo de dulce, café de cápsulas y agua de cortesía, Además, ya estaba climatizada la habitación a mi llegada, lo cual se ha agradecido mucho. También dejan la máquina de café y de zumos durante todo el día de manera gratuita .

Son cosas mínimas, como por ejemplo solo una toalla para cuerpo entero, sin tener una toalla de manos que no haya escobilla en la taza, lo cual entiendo por el tema de higiene y que no haya bolsa en la papelera pero como digo son detalles mínimos

Moderno, cómodo y funcional

Muy buen hotel en todos los aspectos: nuevo, limpio, habitaciones cómodas, duchas muy bajas y grandes, parking gratuito, buen desayuno. Perfecto para una parada en viaje de trabajo o a medio camino de un destino

EXCELENTE HOTEL A UN PRECIO MÓDICO

Desayuno muy completo, cáma muy cómoda, ducha con buena presión de agua, la ubicación aunque está cerca de un centro comercial, (Imaginalia), está algo alejada del centro de la ciudad, pero eso conlleva la ventaja de la tranquilidad y el silencio, opciones que por compensación también se agradecen para disfrutar de un buen descanso..

No hubo nada que me desagradara, todo estuvo correctísimo.

Ojo, hacen obras desde enero y no avisan.

Buena ubicacion en el poligono, parking gratuito, servicio de cafeteria gratis, recepcion 24h abierta.

Estan haciendo remodelacion y obras desde enero, cuidado, por las mañanas no se puede dormir, y no avisan de nada antes de hacer la reserva. A las 9 de la mañana ya empiezan con el taladro y no puedes dormir, impossible. Las paredes son muy finas, se oyen las otras habitaciones, incluso hemos oido a alguien roncar de las otras habitaciones contiguas.

Buena relación calidad precio y comodidad

La habitación es muy cómoda, bastante nuevo y muy limpio,, buena climatización, 2 máquinas de café 24h gratis, parking gratuito y buen desayuno a 8€

Bajamos a desayunar y cuando lo estábamos preparando la camarera nos pide el número de habitación y nos dice que para poder desayunar lo teníamos que haber comunicado a recepción el día anterior, yo le contesto que nadie me lo había dicho y que no hay ningún cartel donde lo diga.

Nos encantó la ubicación al estar cerca de los centros comerciales y del centro de Albacete. También la amabilidad del personal y, en general, toda ma estancia. Muy recomendable.

En ese momento el ascensor no funcionaba, pero el hotel avisó con antelación dem problema.

Magnífica experiencia

La amabilidad del personal, la calidad de la ducha y los cafés/infusiones/chocolates las 24 horas del día gratis. El parking es grande y se llena, así que la gente lo elige.

Las almohadas son muy bajas.

Great hotel for short stays, very clean and comfy

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Staff was very helpful and checkin was easy. i can also highly recommend the continental breakfast, t provides fantastic value.

A kettle would be a great addition, and also a light blanket as with the air con it can get a little cool.

A very good value place to stay, helpful staff, comfortable room

The position of this hotel makes it easy to get to when driving and there is ample free parking on site. It is situated about a km from a big commercial area where we found two very nice, inexpensive Spanish restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel is very good value. Even though the rooms are basic, they are clean and comfortable with a good sized shower area. The reception staff were very helpful advising on places to eat and visit.

Well maintained and clean facilities. The front desk ladies were very helpful when I had leave early morning to explore the city before heading to train station they offered make picnic bag to take with me. This was paid breakfast, still I thought was very thoughtful.

Far from thr city center, however managed to get around via local bus near by.

Good location if travelling by car, outside the town with plenty of parking spaces. Great common area, free coffee. Basic but clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Our request was noted and were able to stay in the rooms next to each other.

Great Value for Money

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Advised what they provided to eat in the evening, but also advised other location for a meal. This is classed as 2 star, but they provided water, chocolate and crisps in fridge in room. There was also coffee making facilities in room and in foyer. Breakfast was value for money. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Staff.

Comfy bed, modern clean room and fab bathroom

It's the perfect location for us when travelling to and from Santander to southern Spain. Room was very clean and modern and free tea and coffee is provided for guests in the foyer

The rooms have individual door code entry system which can be a bit tricky.

Staff on arrival were excellent, even made our little dog feel welcome. Room was spotless, fabulous comfy bed, great shower. Coffee machine, and fridge in room. Free coffee downstairs in lounge.
