This space comes with one Queen Gel Memory Mattress, 2 Firm, and 2 Soft pillows, a couch, & an accent chair. It has almost everything you will need for your stay!
Located in the heart of Fishers, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. This building is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max!
Everything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)!
You can access the building through the main entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
Use of Common Amenities:
*Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to review and schedule with the building management.
*Maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.
*Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day.
* Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.
* Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.
* CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone.
* Amenities are not for commercial use.

- Management limits the parking to 1 car per reservation in the outdoor surface parking.
-All guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as there are other tenants at the property.
-Government ID, Security Deposit, and further screening will be required on the following bookings:
1) Last-minute bookings
2) Guests with no reviews
3) Guests with an incomplete profile
4) Instant Bookings
5) Some properties may not allow locals for short-term reservations.
MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY
We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.
We do however have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.

Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.
Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.
Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors.
Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00
Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.
Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.
House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
You must also acknowledge: Potential for noise - This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.

The communication from the property was engaging, but the links that were sent seemed to overlap and I kept getting errors saying the website wasn't available when i attempted to access them. We arrived at the property with the address, and an access code... thinking that is all we needed. We quickly found out that we weren't given an apt #... it was included in a link that didn't work. We had to stand inside the security doors for about 15 min, emailing the people... and trying to call multiple times where no one answered. When we got in a shelf in the fridge was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken, the TV wouldn't turn on. A random man walked into the apartment w/o knocking to put the parking pass in our unit. Scared the $hit out of us. The unit itself feels unfinished, there are minimal decorations, the entertainment center still had the assembly stickers on it, there was a patio with no chairs or any furniture to utilize that space, no towels were in the bathroom, there are random wires hanging out of the coffee table and our car was towed even with the parking pass hanging on the rearvirw mirror. The property manager wouldnt answer the # that was listed and only respinded with sarcasm and absolutely no help or even an apology. This was a waste of money and the worst experience ive ever had traveling. We wont be back.

Check-In! was pretty easy, apartment was great and well maintained, pool was amazing and it was a relaxing stay. The location was great and so much to do. Only odd part was the trash storage in the hallway. Other than that, amazing price and worth every penny.

Overall the property was fine . Pool, game room and grounds were perfect ! The access to our events were great . Check in was not easy or smooth after a 13 hour drive , was tired and frustrated. The common hall smelled like garbage the entire stay . The apartment was fine , but listed a futon and a balcony to enjoy sitting .. no futon , but a dusty leaky air mattress . My teenage athlete slept the entire stay on this mattress. No patio furniture and key . When requested another key , was quoted $60.00 and my request for patio furniture was not responded to . All of this was just taken in stride but then I was being charged for a damaged pillow 1 1/2 days after check out! We had our own pillows . There was another guest after we left, as I was sent check out guidelines a day AFTER we checked out with ANOTHER NAME in the email body . I found the attempt to charge my card without any communication with me upset. I never received any check out guidelines. We did enjoy our time in Indy overall . I suggest you update your listing on amenities to reflect the current amenities.
