Welcome to The White Guesthouse in Springfield, a mid-century styled modern home that includes a private patio with a pool and deck that is perfectly suited for a relaxing evening during the spring/fall, and warm summer months. The white guesthouse is close to all the shops including Historic C-Street, MSU campus, coffee shops, Mercy/Cox hospitals, and downtown are all less than a 7 min drive. The home is a short distance from I-44, and Highway 65.
Our White Guesthouse is a newly remodeled home with modern touches throughout the home. It brings a cozy and luxurious feel with a fully equipped kitchen offering everything that you need. Enjoy a latte or iced coffee with our Geve espresso machine. This is a perfect home for long term stay for travel nurses/business trips or a short weekend stay. We offer a laundry room on the premises, wifi, and a Smart TV which includes Hulu, and any other apps you would like to use. Our master bedroom includes a private bathroom, and a small office/desk area. Our patio and pool area is privately fenced in. Enjoy the pool in the warmer months. This beautiful home is near all the popular attractions, shops, and destinations.

This was a wonderful stay for our family. We found it very clean, matching the photos on line & with lots of extra bedding. The couch bed worked well for a child, but a bit lumpy for an adult. We greatly enjoyed the pool and patio. We would choose this home again.

A great place to base out of if you’re in Springfield, MO. The host was so intentional with the home amenities. Loved toe pool for cooling off and hanging out. Super clean!! We will stay there again for sure.

Great set up for a family. House had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms are a huge bonus when traveling with children. Super clean, nice outdoor spaces and the pool was a nice bonus.

We are from Colorado Springs. We visit Springfield and Branson every year. This was our 5th house rental. We enjoyed it so much. I love that there are lightening bugs still here! Yes, the salt and pepper alignment was exceptional. There were plenty of towels and paper products. The plants really gave the place a home feeling. It is a perfect pool for kids! Thank you!! This cozy little house is an amazing weekend getaway. Clean and organized. The beds were super comfortable and having the pool in the back just made the whole weekend that much better 10/10 would recommend

First I want to say this home is hands down the best decorated house I’ve ever stayed in. The owner thought of literally everything for your stay to be comfortable. It was like a hotel, with all the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even makeup remover wipes! But obviously much more comfortable than a hotel and comparable in cost, so it is really a no brainer to stay here. My 7 year old daughter also really enjoyed the small pool. The only downfall is I am super sensitive to noises, like hyper sensitive, and there is a train near by so that did bother me at night, but not to the point where it woke me up or kept me up all night. I just had to have a fan on to help drown out the noise some. Overall, I’d stay here again!

House was very clean and newly renovated. We were taking classes at the university which was just a 3-minute drive. Walmart and restaurants are also minutes away. Appliances including Washer and dryer worked great.

We felt the rental was just as described. Everything was new and clean, and it was beautifully furnished. We loved the fireplace. The wreath on the door and garland on the mantle gave it a Christmas touch. The plants in all the rooms contributed to the natural decor. Our coffee drinkers especially enjoyed the coffee bar. On the positive side, the pictures of the property are accurate. The house is very cute and clean. The neighborhood unfortunately doesn’t match. The ‘pool’ is essentially a livestock trough with a liner. The front door lock is a challenge as the lock itself gets stuck in the door frame. You’ll need to lift up on the door as it’s locking/unlocking so make sure your hands are free. The hot water is super hot but I wouldn’t recommend using more than one shower at a time. None of the bedrooms have their own TV but the single living room TV has a good sized screen. Also, 2 night minimum but we went ahead and left after just one night.

This house was put together with so much love and intention! The little touches were not missed by my crew! The hanger spacing, the salt/pepper/oil alignment, the gorgeous dishes/pans/utensils, the little luxuries from bug zapper, makeup towels, steamer, fans, disposable house shoes (big hit!) cute folded towels! We loved learning how to do the expresso machine!!! The young adults enjoyed playing games at the table that were provided! The beds were all so comfortable! The water pressure is fabulous! The house is beyond clean. We made family meals and spent time in the home enjoying each others company (6 of us). If there was a need, she has already pre thought of it and it was at our fingertips. We were so close to downtown, coffee shops and restaurants! Highly recommend this stay!

This is by far the most beautiful house I have booked before. This house was done to absolute perfection as it was beautiful inside and out, as well as so many useful amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and great for early morning jogs. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We really liked the Whitehouse. The owner has thought of everything a traveler needs, but also many super things that are unexpected. Really enjoyed the espresso machine.. The owner makes sure the entire rental process is enjoyable. There are no unexpected charges or checkout duties. Easy peasy. We have stayed in many vacation rentals all over the country; the whitehouse was easily the best!

This house is decorated in a modern and beautiful style; everything was clean, organized and just an overall very nice place. There is a train nearby, but I only heard it when we were hanging out in the backyard. The grill was a definite nice touch as we stayed in the fall and it was still good weather. This house is set up with everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Extra blankets, towels, even fans are stocked. We were there for a truck show and it worked out great for my family and in-laws to stay with us. We always cook our meals while we’re on vacation, the kitchen was really well set up. Plenty of plates, glasses, and baking sheets, and pans, etc. Only suggestions I would offer might be to have a mixing bowl and some extra kitchen towels. ☺️ Lovely house, great location. If we are in the area again next fall, we will definitely try to get this place again.

The house is tastefully redone, on trend, & very clean. Bedrooms & bathrooms very nice. Windows abound, so no lack of sunshine. Pull down shades when need privacy. Neighborhood slightly sketchy but not terrible. House was closest VRBO to college student so wanted to check it out this time in Springfield. We sat in the small pool after 100 degree dorm move in & it felt good. Our main reasons for opting for VRBO are for kitchen/ability to cook & overall “home” feel after long days out. I was grateful this property had a grill since we frequently do that at home. The beds were average for comfort, but I’m used to a really quality mattress at home. So my feedback is in that comparison. TV difficult for my husband to figure out at first. It might be a good idea to leave basic instructions. Negative: Very uncomfortable living room couch & only 2 other low back upright chairs in living room. Recommended kitchen supplies: More than 1 kitchen towel & some kitchen wash cloths. Also glass prep bowl that doubles as serving bowl. We made due so did not need to contact owner. I cook & clean up often, so use these tools often. Lastly, there is a heavily used railroad track very close. It thankfully doesn’t use a train horn, but a light sleeper will hear. And sometimes you can feel the vibration.

This home is very nice! It has an adorable backyard with a little pool that is like a little oasis! The espresso maker is AMAZING as well! Everything is new in the home and the beds are very comfortable well! This home is worth the price and then some. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very pretty and clean. The couch isn’t as comfortable as I would have liked, but is nice and functional. There were many thoughtful touches. The neighborhood is older, but no issues. There is a train several times a day that makes rumbling noises, but no whistles. I would stay there again.

This VRBO was everything the was promised. It as a very nice house with all the amenities. The kids enjoyed the stock tank pool. It was close to all the attractions we were interested in visiting. I would highly recommend this house for your next stay in Springfield!

The host/owner of this house nailed every detail! Beautifully decorated and has gone over and above with all of the bonus amenities. Gave the place a charming touch for sure!! Host was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations for restaurants. The neighborhood was an older one but for our purposes that didn't bother us. I would say the charm of the house and host more than made up for it!
