Check the doors

The place is not far off the turn from the highway.

Room door coud not lock and the reception lady did not mention anything. When she showed me the room, she pretended to use the key to open the door and then pretended to lock the door when I went to fetch my bags. I only realised when I was leaving for my event that the door couldn't lock. When I asked about it, only then was I told that there was a problem with the lock and they didn't have any other room. All this after I had signed an indemnity that they would not be liable if I lost any of my stuff. Clear deception and if they could hide that kind of information, I wonder what else they are hiding.

Worst Hotel I've been to.

Dirty room, beds, pillows, blankets, towels. They showed us our rooms outside, not in the main building. Outer building, maybe 9m2. Wall made of drywall, curtains don't close properly. Absolutely terrible and the rooms given to us were not as shown on the pictures. Do not recommend to anyone.

The Dstv couldn’t play and they didn’t knew how to fix it. Fortunately they had other option as phone could pair with the TV

We did not stay as our room was not available

when we arrived, we were told that the room we booked are not available and that booking.com has been notified. We were showed a room outside the hotel and did not stay there for the night.

Pleasant & Beautiful

Breakfast was excellent the usual continental spread was available. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds & air conditioned. Mini toiletries shower gel, lotion soap are in the bathrooms with towels. Iron & ironing board available upon request. Close to a mall but you would never say it's quite & peaceful at the venue. Would definitely return if I visit again. Reception was still around even when we came home after 12p.m. still with the same friendly energy. There is security upon entry.

Very relaxed and Tranquil

The overall experience and stay at the hotel was amazing, I had a good time, it was worth every effort, the pool, the garden and having to wake up to the birds chirping and warm weather, for moment you even feel like you not in the city, Great escapism and to go and chill out door. They even have generator capacity to deal with loadshedding.

Loved the garden and Wow the cook made me the best fish ever. The front desk was very nice even though we arrived late

The structure of the built-in bed is not comfortable or user friendly, I kept bumping into it

Overall great staff and stunning gardens.

The place is clean, but the surrounding are not represented well, still under construction.

I was given a back room, like why would I want to sleep in a dungent. Had to speak to Itumeleng as the place was empty and I couldn’t understand why I would be allocated a room next to the generator with no view. At least that was sorted. I am mentioning this so that management is aware and not include this room in the occupancy.

It was ok but not worth the money

The grounds just in front of the hotel was VERY pretty but there was no garden anywhere else. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and bathroom is nice and big Decor was lovely

the grounds looked like we drove in to a truck stop of some kind In the room, cupboard doors were loose and the one at the fridge was falling off the shower tap came off the toilet seat was completely loose the 'patio' was just concrete and no plants/garden/scenery Breakfast was cold (eggs/bacon etc)

This property exceeded my expectations by quite a lot, friendly stuff, easy check-in process.

The shower water was extremely unstable. This was the only blemish.

Exterior is lovely coupled with the friendly staff and good oxtail!

I liked the friendly staff - the dinner and breakfast was good

I did t like the room allocated - they said garden view there is no view - also it felt a bit like I was in a hostel.
