Very disappointing stay - No AC in second room - 2 rude reception staff members! broken sofa bed!

3 members of reception staff (the one that greeted us and the gentleman with braces alongside his mother) were so professional and polite to us. There was a nice variation of food during the day and evening. The cleaning staff and cleaning manager was a lovely lady who understood and assisted in getting a new bed put into the AC room - thank you. There were cats sitting around the hotel which the children loved.

We were a group of 13 - who had suites with balcony - 203, 403, 404 and 772. After requesting the rooms to be close together - this was not provided. There was air conditioning in the bedroom only for 2 people the pictures in the hotel website looked nothing like the ones we got. So 5 guests had a sofa bed with no AC in that room, which resulted in struggling all night, the reception staff provided no fans at all!! alongside suggesting to AC room door open??? The rest of the reception staff were rude, as I was accused of breaking my sofa bed on arrival to hotel and had no sleep on a broken bed all night. There was no apology provided for the broken bed by the hotel manager - not even once - we were provide 3 room cards for a family of 13. Two of the reception staff were rude to children shouting at them to give the card back on the last day. There was no kettle in the room, but what looked like a 90's version of a coffee maker that took hours to heat anything up. Wifi was really bad, if you wanted better connection you had to pay an extra Euro a day. I had also requested late check out as we arrived at 10 pm - again this was not catered for after being promised it would, we had to pay for 2 rooms for a further 4 hours on the last day. If you want room with AC, professional polite staff that are not aggressive, then I would suggest going to another hotel. I will not be staying here again or recommending this Hotel.

the staff was nice. the water in the swimming pool was pleasantly warm and clean.

the shower only came out with hot or cold water. the temperature of the water changes during the shower. the shower came out really slowly, a long haired person's nightmare. the shower room was cramped. the hotel cleaners didn't do the dishes once during the week. so I should have bought the washing-up liquid myself to wash the dishes. the air heat pumps are placed directly in front of the bed, so there is a cough and runny nose. at our request, a bed was brought for the baby, but no sheets or blanket. for Finnish taste, the breakfast was miserable. we often ate elsewhere because the hotel's food was bland and monotonous. the hotel had a program only once during the week

We were a family of 3 with a baby and we’re given 2 so big or beds stuck together which was pretty uncomfortable as it kept moving apart throughout the night

Superb

The staff were exceptional from start to finish, always on hand to help and kept the hotel very clean. The food was varied and could tell a lot was made from fresh. It was an incredible price considering food and drink was unlimited from 8am up until 11pm and the facilities as a whole were impressive.

Not much but was a bit disappointed with the pool as its quite shallow the whole way through. A double bed would have been preferred too.

Great location, walking distance to shops, beach and bars. Nice pool area plenty of sun loungers. Entertainment was okay

Sometimes the food was a little cold especially the chips but overall good selection.

Superb

Been here now 2 times this year. Just came back 3 weeks ago from this place. Had a top floor room looking over the sea and Alanya. Location is perfect for walking and shopping after a day in the pool. All inclusive is great. Not a resort but the hotel has everything. Staff are so nice and helpful along with the management, they done everything to make our stay wonderful. Beach is a 20 min walk or a shuttle that hotel provides you can take or a taxi for 3 euro. Rooms are very big and clean. Day time pool area can be packed but pool isn't to much. Between lunch and dinner they have snacks, burgers, fries ect. If you want to be in the centre of shops, clubs, bars and walking distance to the beach, this is the hotel you want to stay in.

Good choice of breakfast, only one choice of tea, the lunch and the dinner were super typical Turkish

Well, we had a very bad experience with cleanliness. We swap to rooms and in each room, we found bedbugs. Of course, we made complaints to the manager. It is a nice hotel but this was very unfortunate for us. You can see the picture as well.

Excellent!

Excellent experience, good location, friendly staff, reception guys are very helpful. All inclusive food are awesome, variety of foods every days. Swimming pool is clean and tidy. Would recommend and will stay again in the future!

Not much, but a shower in the bathroom is very small!

My family Holiday was brilliant, we enjoyed the food and other amenities

The food was great and the workers are very helpful. I don't like the fact that there was no good internet in the room.

Lack of good WIFI in the rooms and the cleaner always left cups and plates in the room after cleaning.

There is plenty of tasty food; friendly and very welcoming staff, excellent hygiene. Our bedsheets & towels were changed regularly. In general the hotel was very clean and tidy despite the amount of people who are circling between the swimming pool and other facilities. The food was a mass choose of and the food times were almost all the time with some snacks and late breakfasts between the main courses. The beach was excellent, too - not too packed with people, plenty of space between the sunbeds. Special thanks to the waitresses - I am amazed how quick they are with tidying both the restaurant + swimming pool. You would hardly see any empty blass/plate on the tables... The guys are just amazing! I would say we received much more than we paid for, it is a absolutely valuable for the price.

Everything was perfect, just a recommendation: -Offer more pastries for breakfast -Provide a later beach shuttle transfer (i.e. 6pm) However, these are just recommendations, but all was perfect as it is.

Never again this hotel!

Asst.General Manager Mr. Kadir Dogruoz and his team have given their best to make the facilities better, we appreciate their efforts and support very much!!!

First of all we would like to emphasize that the concept of “all inclusive” was disappointing, because it has not included facilities like beach, beach umbrella, sunbed and etc, these were all very expensive at the beach and not free of charge. The beach was 1-1,5 km away from hotel, the hotel has organized a transport to the beach, but there was also no air conditioning and too many people every time, that was also disappointing. Because of type of hotel building (skyscraper) we couldn’t sunbathe at all, there were three swimming pools, but the pool water was too cold and of course too many guest for these three little pools! Breakfast was very poor, only once a week “menemen” (that was really disappointing) and we haven’t found even Gouda cheese:( Also it was not able to get a normal orange or fruit juice, i don’t mean fresh juice!Even the national drink of Turkey “ayran” couldn’t be found there, it is luxury for the hotel, probably:) The cleaning was also very poor, beach towel were all not white (they said that their towels are brown) and there were always brown or yellow spots on towels. The reality was that they had just cleaned it up not enough!But the room cleaning was daily and good at least.

it’s a wonderful property but the staff was not accommodative where we could have saved money.

it was very nice. room was comfortable and clean. food was good.

we had booked for 3 adults, we were given one apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room and also a spare room. (means we had 3 bedrooms). I requested to cancel the single room so we could save money but the staff didn’t agree and we had to pay for a room that we didn’t use.

Location, room, staff

That is very loud at night, so you cant sleep because the guests are talking so loud and nobody says anything. Almost everyday some kind os alarm went off because guests smoke in their room (alarms at apc. 5 am). In room you get blanket that si so worn out, its dirty and very uncomfortable. Food is everyday the same and its not so tasty.

All in all, a nice place, pool and staff, fresh salad, a lot of dessert.

We were promised rooms next to each other but receieved all 3 rooms on different floors. AC in one room did not work properly and was fixed the day after.

The all-inclusive did not include the safety box on the room, most of the drinks, toothpaste, shampoo, sunbeds at the beach, wifi. One of the staff at reception was really rude and disturbing, trying to get guest number and asking to go out.

Staff great. Always there for you. Good bar, good drinks but it's local alcohol in the all Inclusive, anything international for a little extra charge. Food was very delicious. 1 km walk to beach, lots of shops on the way to but lots of stuff.

Pool and beach towels can be upgraded. If requested double bed you get 2 single beds pushed together.

Kitchen chif very good and very professional. Delicious food and very healthy

Elevators very slow , Shuttle bus to the beach ( beach 1.2km away from the hotel ) should be every 45min from 10am until 5pm . Sunbeds , sun umbrella , drinks and alcohol extra pay on the beach.
