Perfect stay in Braunschweig

Absolutely wonderful accommodation with the best amenities, excellent bed, perfect square footage of the apartment. The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to the city center. The apartment is in great condition, perfectly clean and excellently equipped. The kitchen is spacious enough, the dining area with a dining table is separate from the living room and bedroom. In the kitchen, you have everything necessary for independent food preparation. Dishwasher, coffee maker, enough dishes... Everything you need. From the kitchen, you can access a perfect small terrace where you can sit and listen to the birdsong, which was absolutely incredible. The living room is beautifully decorated, with a comfortable corner sofa, a large TV, and a desk for work. The bedroom is very spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable and large enough for two people. The bathroom is beautiful, with a small bathtub.

The only thing I personally don't like is when there's a bathtub in the bathroom, primarily for safety reasons. I prefer personally, shower cabins. However, that didn't affect my stay in this wonderful accommodation.

Die Wohnung ist neu , funktional , modern und geschmackvoll mit warmen harmonischen Farben eingerichtet, die auf schwarze/ weiß Interior treffen ! Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen

Aus meiner Sicht gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, dass wäre Unzufriedenheit und jammern auf hohem Niveau!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in der Wohnung.

Inhaber super nett, wunderschöne Sauber Wohnung. Gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles Top gelaufen, sogar Parkplätze waren vorhanden! Weiter so werde ich auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen :)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist sehr gut. In ca 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Im Innenhof gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor den Wohnungen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut.

Der hohe Einstieg in die Badewanne/Dusche.

Sehr moderne und saubere Wohnung in top Lage. Es war recht ruhig und wir haben super geschlafen.

Kleinigkeiten, wie das das angegebene WLan PW nicht korrekt war, dies ließ sich allerdings nach kurzer Kommunikation richten. Ansonsten wäre es schön, wenn man auch das Fenster im Badezimmer verdecken könnte. Abends beim Duschen fühlt man sich schon gelegentlich beobachtet von gegenüberliegenden Wohnungen. Sonst alles top

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte gemütliche Wohnung in guter Lage.

Es handelt sich um eine komplett eingerichtete, geräumige 2-Raum-Wohnung in einem Neubau in fußläufiger Lage zur Innenstadt. Sehr gut hat uns gefallen, dass ein Kaffeevollautomat (inklusive ausreichend Kaffeebohnen) und diverse Teesorten zur Verfügung standen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Vom Hbf Braunschweig sind es mit dem Bus ca. 20 Min und dann noch 3 Minuten Fußweg. In die Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß ca. 8 Minuten.

Wir waren etwas unsicher wegen der Müllentsorgung, haben uns dann aber einfach für die vor dem Gebäude stehenden Behälter entschieden.

Sehr schick mir perfekter Lage und schöner Ausstattung

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet, sehr hell, alles neu und sauber. Besonders hab ich mich persönlich über die Kaffeemaschine gefreut, da ich vergessen hatte welchen mitzunehmen und so nicht darauf verzichten musste.

Leider fehlten zwei Bettdecken und das angefragte Babybett, wir haben es auch ohne hinbekommen aber eine Antwort auf mein Problem erhielt ich leider erst am Abreisetag.

The appartment is new, very comfortable, clean, we did not miss anything.

The flat is very nice, lots of natural ligjt. Coffee machine (automate) was a very pleasant surprise, thank you 😊. We could park our car inside the house area and walk to the city centre.

Exceptional

The flat is brand new in a new built block of flats (construction is still finishing outside) the apartment is very new, spacious, super clean and has everything you need. The bed is very big and comfy, the sofa bed is also very big! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There is a bus stop just around the corner that gets you easily everywhere in Braunschweig .
