Worst room in booking.com
You will regret why not spend a little bit penny to have a better room. This is not cheapest anyway.
1. The grills and multiple locks makes me feels like staying in PRISON. 2. Doggy environments downstair, no matter how hard the owner decorate the room, it won’t change the fact that the location is doggy. 3. Situated at third floor and no lift available. Take note if you comes with old age person. 4. NO AIR-CON. Stuffy room. 5. Bed frame was broken before I arrive, after I tell the owner she accused me to caused the damage. Worst attitude. Luckily I’m not injured by this broken bed frame. Conclusion: after I read reviews in booking.com and Google, I realise this owner keep on accusing the lodger. Imagine dealing with someone who always want to WIN. That’s tiring.

Bad and disappointing experience
Overpriced as the room is only equipped with a ceiling fan.... The room is hot n stuffy even at 5am in the morning ... I didn't manage to sleep for the whole night as I was sweating continuously n I had headache n felt dizzy due to the heat as the wind from the spinning ceiling fan was "warm" n humid ... I would not recommend this homestay to anyone including my friends , family members or relatives ! "Truly" bad n disappointing ...

Affordable Comfort and Warm Hospitality
This cozy homestay offers all the essentials one needs for a comfortable stay while providing a delightful experience on a budget. I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. One of the standout features of this homestay is the complimentary fast WiFi. As a traveler reliant on staying connected, I was thrilled to find a reliable and speedy internet connection throughout my stay. Whether I was catching up on work emails or streaming my favorite shows, the WiFi never let me down. Another major plus point is the homestay's strategic location. Situated in Desa Pandan, it is conveniently close to major attractions and transportation hubs in Kuala Lumpur. Within a short distance, I found myself surrounded by an array of dining options, shopping malls, and cultural sites. It made exploring the city a breeze, saving me time and effort in commuting. What sets this homestay apart from others in the area is its affordability. Despite being a budget accommodation, the rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The reasonable price tag allowed me to stretch my travel budget further, giving me the opportunity to experience more of what Kuala Lumpur has to offer. The host went out of their way to ensure my needs were met and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and eateries. Their personal touch created a sense of home away from home, making my stay all the more enjoyable.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur: Budget Homestay Bliss!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a budget homestay in the central area of Kuala Lumpur, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From its prime location to its comfortable accommodations, this homestay proved to be a hidden gem in the bustling city. First and foremost, the location couldn't have been more perfect. Situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, it provided easy access to all the major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. Whether I wanted to explore the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, immerse myself in the vibrant street food scene of Jalan Alor, or hop on the LRT to explore further, everything was just a stone's throw away. This convenience alone was worth every penny. Upon arrival, I have a smooth self check-in to the house by follow the check in instructions sent by the host to me in early time. Despite being a budget homestay, the cleanliness and upkeep of the property were remarkable. The room I stayed in was cozy and providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout the property. What impressed me the most about this budget homestay was the attention to detail. Despite its affordable price, the owners clearly took pride in their establishment. Additionally, the homestay had a communal kitchen and lounge area, which fostered a sense of community among fellow travelers. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and eateries. Their genuine passion for their city shone through in their interactions, making me feel like I was staying with friends rather than in a typical hotel. Furthermore, the budget homestay was a great value for money. Considering its prime location, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service, I couldn't believe how affordable it was.

Very good homestay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur
I wholeheartedly recommend this budget homestay in Desa Pandan, Kuala Lumpur, to anyone seeking a comfortable and affordable accommodation option. Whether you're a solo traveler or a small group, this hidden gem offers a delightful experience with its peaceful location, clean and comfortable rooms, and above all, the warm hospitality of the hosts. I'm grateful for the memorable stay and will definitely return on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur. First and foremost, the location is fantastic. Desa Pandan is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet conveniently close to major attractions. It offered a perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Despite being a budget homestay, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. The highlight of my stay, however, was the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. The owners of the homestay were incredibly friendly and attentive.Their genuine care and personalized attention truly made my experience memorable. Another aspect that impressed me was the value for money. Considering the affordable rates, the quality of service and amenities provided was exceptional. It's rare to find such a budget-friendly accommodation that doesn't compromise on comfort or service, but this homestay exceeded my expectations in every way. The surrounding area had a lot to offer as well. There were quaint cafes, authentic local restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance, making it easy to explore and indulge in the local culinary delights. Public transportation options were also readily available, allowing for convenient access to popular tourist attractions and shopping areas.

If you have a heart condition or health issues, large luggages or many bags, please avoid this place
Oh no those hellish stairs! If you're looking for a cheap place then maybe it's ok though for two times the price you could get a place ten times better, for example the Prescott Ace which is not too far away and that one is a 4 star i think, sure felt like it. Back to this place...it is clean with all the necessary facilities at the price point and the best thing is the location though that's subjective because it's right in the centre of all the food outlets, amenities and shoplots but likewise a busy area has busy traffic along with the noise and pollution. For me that was fine, no dealbreaker but i realise some people might have a problem with that. It's cheap yes, but similar places are cheaper and places that are way better are not too much higher in price plus you can find them all here at Booking.com like that Prescott Ace i mentioned earlier. This is budget category and within that it's ok but you can do way better, believe me. First impressions actually made me think i will give a good review to the place but after a day, God no. And vapers beware, despite you quitting smoking for better health and you only exhale vapour which doesn't have a secondhand smoke effect and doesn't leave any lingering smell or stain and despite the rooms here having just fans and no air-conditioners and despite you staying in one of the only two rooms here that has a window you can open to air out yet...yet the crazy woman who runs or manages this place will make you go outside every time you need to vape and to get outside you must....oh dear God!....get past and back those 6 flights of hellspawn stairs!!! Now, smokers, don't even bloody think about it, since the smoking hasn't killed you yet, well this place will complete the job. Yes, i'm so sorry to say it but this is how you'll die...since your craving is much stronger and you're already in terrible shape....oh i'm so sorry guys.
Oh God the torturous stairs! The stairs here could literally kill you! I'll explain. There's no signboard. The place is very hard to find, even the 99 Speedmart staff right next door to the entrance of this place have never heard of it! As i was saying, once you get to the location marker, look for that 99 Speedmart and if you're facing 99 then to the left of it you will see a locked grilled, but open door leading to some stairs and on that grill finally there's a small namesign, nuts, by this time you may be wondering if you just got scammed/robbed. Moving on. The place is not staffed, adding to the "got scammed?" feeling. It's one of those lazy D.I.Y. check-in places that i've only encountered once before in my whole life i think somewhere in 2019 in Icon City Petaling Jaya, i'll explain the D.I.Y check-in in a bit, hopefully enough typing space here. Anyways, the staff are there from afternoon about 12.30-1pm till about 4pm while i was there. So if you arrive at anytime outside that window, there's nobody there. After the mild panic, call the number for the place you got from Booking.com's confirmation letter and a woman answers saying they already explained how to check in via email, I requested for the instructions again and was sent a pdf to my What'sApp. So you unlock the metal grill door using the codes they woman gives you, pull hard on the grill cos it always gets stuck and enter into....those horrible stairs!!! Yes, 6 flights of pure horror await for anyone whose in any less than the absolute best shape the human body can possibly be in! It's lowly lit, dank and to get to the third floor you have to go up 6 flights of stairs carrying bags and by the time you get to the next locked metal grill, some of you may have died of cardiac arrest or broken skull from falling down those stairs despite being non-smokers and fairly healthy. And hey Booking.com?
