About this apartment rental

Once a 1950s potato barn, this historic home now provides rustic charm in the affluent Hamptons. Though we fell in love with the loft library, dramatic furnishings, and leafy garden, complete with a private pool and hot tub, the location is also worth mentioning. Moments away from the popular East Hampton beach, you'll also find several restaurants and golf clubs clustered around here. This home inspires tranquillity, but if you want to pick up the pace, your host can help with arranging activities in the surrounding area. Home truths: *The swimming pool isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times *This home is spread over two floors, with no internal lift – it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility *There’s free parking for up to three cars on the driveway *The primary renter has to be over the age of 25 *The fourth bedroom can be found in the guest house *There's an outdoor shower here *Hen and stag parties are not allowed at this home *Though there isn't a dedicated desk here, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace
